Positively extraordinary customer service! Let me tell you a story about my experience with this wonderful company. Firstly, I live two hours from this establishment. The reason I hired them was because it happened to be en-route last Father's day weekend and my fiancé's gift idea came late from something she saw on FB. This revelation came at Friday around four. Sigh. Well, I said, that's a custom shirt, there has to be a shop on the way to my shoot Saturday. Now, I had to be in Cleveland for a Saturday wedding shoot and this place happened to be on the way because I happen to be a ninja on how to execute a plan. So I called the joint and explained the predicament. Folks. This team went immediately to solution mode for me. All I had to do was email the generic idea screen shot of the thing she saw on FB plus the actual names, and blam-o, they got this for me. Now, given my out of town status, and mind you, I had no idea this was going to be a mall stop for me BEFORE the wedding, and I had only a 30 minute reserve, I basically had only phone contact, and not only did they tell me like exactly where to park, and exactly how far into the mall to go, I was instantly greeted by a very nice attractive lady who had my order ready. The T-Shirt itself is exquisite. The material is luxurious, not some cheap Hanes with an iron on. No no. This is a soft quality material much like you'd find from Hollister or Under Armor. Smooth and wrinkle free. And the graphic print? As professional as you can imagine. I didn't have time to ask about their process, but I would guess it's a proper professional four color screen print. It's going to last ages. And then we delivered the shirt on time. I had the worst experience at this place. About 3 weeks ago I went to this place. I was looking for something to give to my husband for our anniversary. I got there really early in the morning and it was no one attending. I walked around the store and waited for someone to show up, a couple minutes later this lady come out from the back and I explain what I was there for. She quickly show me around the store and showed me different ideas, I ended up picking this real nice wooden piece. I ask how much it was, but she had no idea about the prices because she was just helping her friend Carlos. She had to call “ Carlos” to ask for the prices, Carlos then told her the piece it self was $85.00 plus the engrave that it was $15.00. She was telling me about the piece that was handmade, that some guy made the piece for them and blah blah blah I was impressed by what she said so I thought it was worth the price. In our anniversary day I gave the wooden piece to my husband, he opened it and looked at it then notice that the price tag was still there so I cut it off and then looked at the price and it was $24.99 on sticker tag from TJ MAX???. Immediately notice the prices didn’t match so Later that day I called the store and a girl named kristal answered , I kinda explain what happened and she explain that the engrave should be included with the price of the piece. I ended up going there the next day talk to Carlos he denied that the piece was $85.00 and that it was $24.99 and that the engrave was $ 60.00 and did not want to give any money back after knowing he got caught up in a lie by scamming me for $70.00 because the total I paid was $134.00 including a $20.00 mouse pad. I needed to get a leather wallet engraved same day so I came to this store. I asked the person working if she could accommodate same-day and she said yes. I paid, gave her the wallet and asked her how long it would be. She said about an hour and that they would call me when it was ready. Keep in mind, it was around 5:45pm when I left the store. At 6:53pm, the girl called me to let me know my order was ready. I headed back to the mall (about a 5 minute drive from my home), just to find out they were closed. There are no hours posted on the shop. The salesperson who helped me didn’t bother to mention that they closed at 7:00, so really she gave me 7 minutes to get into the store and pick-up my “same day” order.
