Had a cap put on my tractor a year ago they loaded the tractor on my trailer when it was done went to drive it home and it blew apart they said you should not pull that down the road on a open trailer once I call them not so why wouldn't you tell me this after you loaded it onto my trailer and he said well she wouldn't know that when she loaded it during the summer the glass fell out of it 7 months after having it I went to order a new glass they said there is no warranty on it you just have to buy a new one I don't know why the glass falls out like that is what they said and I said so I have to come back every year and buy a new piece of glass for the windshield and they said that doesn't happen very often oh okay then thank you so much for the kind service I would never go to Mays again I'm a snowmobiler and I own John Deere things and I would never ever...
Read moreIf I could give a negative review I would. Wife bought a Jetblaster wave runner from Tracy for my birthday. She was told it would support 600 pounds. Got it in the bay and two up and it started to sink. Its max weight was not 600 pounds. Yes we got stuck in water plants but it literally was taking on water. They agreed to have us trade up for an FX SVO that could handle two up, but they would not buy the Jetblaster back. Paid in full for FX, took it home. Did not use it yet. Asked to return it and the original trailer as we had a medical concern come up for one of us and Tracy refused to allow us to sell it back or to trade for a XMax scooter. Said all sales are final. She got cold when we would ask to return, but friendly when taking out our wallet. I wish we had gone to Ken’s or Fondy’s. What a mistake....
Read moreBrought my Harley in for service against the recommendation of everyone I ride with because of the convenience of their location. Upon drop of I was told the bike would be done within a week. I went in the next week, they hadn't gotten to it yet, and was told it would be done that week. Went in a week later still not started. Long story short. They had my bike for 3 weeks with continued promises. Last time I went in there were still 8 people ahead of me placed in the queue by their sales department. The service staff is polite, but unapologetic. Management needs to review their policy on how service work is prioritized. I feel lied to and am very disappointed in the service department. Don't take your bike in here for service. They seem to be good lawnmower mechanics as that is what they seem...
