AMC IMAX First Colony 24 — Local services in Sugar Land

Can definitely notice a downward trend. The restroom was filthy will towels overflow. Popcorn on the floors everywhere. When I purchased tickets to the movie, I wasn't asked if I was a rewards member and I didn't remember to have her add my purchase to the account. We used to enjoy seeing movies at this theater complex but, unfortunately, it seems the place is just being allowed to get run down and the concessions process is ridiculous. In addition, the temperature in the theater was unpleasantly warm. Based on what I've heard and read about others theaters tactics carrying out the Hollywood Elitists' bidding, I can only hope that is not the reason for the warm temperature during our visit to see the movie, "The Sound of Freedom." Only went here because the ratings where good. Went to see Minecraft, seats were nasty and not clean. One seat had popcorn all over it the other had a soda in it. Unacceptable, this is why I don't go to the movies in the 1st place because I wanna seat comfortable. I worked at the movie theaters as part of the cleaning crew and we had a team on standby for the popular movies just so we could hurry and clean it before the next time slot.
