Horrible customer service, not friendly and VERY CHEAP. I usually order the chicken zinger burger when I go and the first time I had it, it was really good. After that I went back and had the same sandwich and noticed something was lacking and when I asked how come there's no cole slaw this time the guy that seems to be the owner told me "it's not part of the deal box" like seriously how much does a teaspoon of coleslaw cost you? After that I went again and the sandwich was no where near what it usually tastes like so I told them the sandwich has no taste to it at all, seems like its missing something and looks like the "special sauce" because the sandwich only has mayo and his response was " the special sauce is only bbq sauce and ketchup l, we put everything that comes with the zinger" and I kept telling him there is no "special sauce" as indicated on your menu, i understand you dont put the coleslaw because it's a deal box but what about the sauce? We had three orders of the zinger burger without the sauce. He eventually pours the sauce in a sample size cup, literally such a small cup I was embarrassed for him. I asked, "is this really for all 3 zinger burgers?" and he said yes and I kept asking him again and again just to make sure he's understanding me and he just kept saying yes. Finally he gives me another cup with some more sauce but like seriously why are you being so cheap about things that cost you pennies especially when you know i come and eat at your restaurant often with all of my family and give you good business. Our dining experience at POP TOP Burgers & Gyros was fantastic! We tried a variety of menu items, including the Big Bubba, the Texas-style Cheese Steak, a Gyro Wrap, a Combo Platter, and their French Fries. Every dish impressed us with its freshness, flavor, and generous portions.

The Big Bubba was a burger lover's dream – perfectly juicy, packed with toppings, and full of bold Texas-style flavor. The Texas-style Cheese Steak was just as satisfying, with tender meat and melted cheese served on a soft roll. It was seasoned just right, making every bite irresistible.

The Gyro Wrap was a standout, featuring warm pita bread and flavorful, well-seasoned gyro meat paired with fresh veggies and creamy tzatziki sauce. For those looking to try a little of everything, the Combo Platter hit the mark. It was a hearty and delicious mix that left us fully satisfied.

Their French Fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection, serving as the ideal side to complement the main dishes.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our meal. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a casual yet delicious meal.

10 out of 10 would not recommend eating here for multiple reasons. Was not worth the almost $40 spent on a Gyro Sanwich with fries and a Burger. 1st off when we walked where not greated and where looked at multiple times by the employees and finally after about 5 minutes where greated and started to order. 2nd off Employee couldn't barely speak any English asked him questions and he didn't know how to answer us. 3rd the Gyro meat is either a chicken and lamb or beef and lamb mixed cone and did not taste anywhere near apetising. As well was given a little plastic cup with what looked like ketchup for the french fries tried alittle bit of it and almost choked on how spicy it was with no warning. 4th got the Big Bubba and ontop was a onion ring that smelt like was fried in day old grease. The hamburger itself was cooked properly but had some wierd tasting steak em meat or something on it that did not taste right. Was bland and flavorless. 5th the atmosphere was ok for the most part. But inside looked and felt nasty and un clean drink machine was disgusting with grease stains and looked like grease running down it and go figure both drinks we got tasted like straight C02 and not soda.
