Ladies, do not buy from here. We haven’t had the car 30 days and its broken down twice. At the mechanic, the guy welded a fuse in and told my niece and I 1) your mechanic husband doesnt know anything. 2) that blow fuse is normal 3) that ac leak is just condensation. They ordered a radio, but lost it, then volunteered my husband to put it in for $100 credit and he can file a claim for warranty. First off, we bought extended warranty so why are we fixing and buying parts? He said “women dont know what they are talking about”! Please hear me when I advise you to meet this “mechanic” before you buy a car here. Fortunately when he talked to the man of the house, he changed his whole personality like its 1960 again, so just be advised if you are a woman or not an ASE certified master mechanic. I just bought a truck from Auto Selection of Houston yesterday and I had a very good experience with the whole process, from the time I went there to test drive the vehicle to the day I drove it off home. At Auto Selection I met with Mr Ubaid, he gave me all the information about the vehicle I was interested in, showed me all the details in writing, answered all my questions (and I had MANY). He was upfront and honest with me about everything and I never felt pressured. Even after we made the deal Mr Ubaid helped me with my additional requests (fresh oil change, Serpentine Belt, detailing etc) without any hesitation, even though the vehicle was listed "As Is". He even stayed way passed their closing time (as I couldn't leave work early) to do all the paperwork and send me off. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!! I wouldn't give any stars. I was never late on my payment. Have my transaction history to prove it. Transmission went out and I had a lot of out of pockets expenses which I asked them if they would work out something they said yes. My car was in the shop and waiting for approval for repairs to be fixed. They took the car from the Dodge dealer and then took it to a small repair shop and got it fixed under my warranty and then said I had to get my own financing... which if I could have got that I would have went to a major carlot. Bottom line I was almost done with payments... new tires new radiator just for them to be shady!!! Plz dnt shop here. They didn't care that I had 5 kids or anything so what does...
