The spa is very beautiful and clean, the atmosphere is very calming. The woman up front, Linda, is very helpful and knowledgeable! She and the esthetician Claudia were so accommodating to my schedule, I was very appreciative! Both are high standard professionals. The procedure I went with was the Perfect Derma. I was very nervous and Claudia was perfect, she explained everything to me as she was doing it and made me feel very comfortable. For the first 3 days nothing too extreme happened however the spa did make sure to check up on me which was nice. On day 5, I experienced some redness that scared me so I reached out. Thankfully the spa was very supportive and made me feel better while also reaching out to the rep for the perfect derma. However, day 6 was probably the worst day. I woke up with intense redness all over my face and straight up panicked. I called the spa since google said they were open but had to leave a voicemail. No one got back to me until Tuesday, I am assuming they were closed Saturday. But once my initial terror and panic subsided, I was able to research online what to do and was able to get my face to calm down. By Monday, my face seemed to be back to normal. Overall, my skin looks very healthy and I have this really pretty glow. Which is wonderful. However, if I’m honest, the main reason I got this was for the acne on my chin and I was hoping this would help. It did not. I still have acne spots on my chin, granted they aren’t bad but they are still there. And I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my skin so I tend to be overly dramatic. I know it takes a few treatments to show results but to be honest I don’t know if I would get this again if it was for acne. I usually will remove makeup before bed and apply lotion before makeup in the morning, but that’s as far as skincare goes for me until now. I opted to try a facial + microdermabrasion treatment for a promo service with the spa several days ago. Genuinely I felt super nervous heading in, but the staff was kind and welcoming. I instantly was made to feel at home in their beautifully designed space. After the sign in process, I was led to a small but very relaxing space with a comfy chair leaning back for me to sit in throughout. The aesthetician working on my skin was very informative about the process and steps throughout while maintaining the serene environment of the space. The process, to my surprise, was only ever as painful as a pinch (when clearing blackheads). My favorite parts? I loved the suction-like devices that cleared the skin and I also was a huge fan of the face covering soothing mask towards the end of the treatment. While I was made aware prior to treatment that it does not always produce strongly visible results for each and every person, the results for my skin were incredible. The rough and dry skin is gone, replaced with soft, smooth skin instead. Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I went in for the Vela Shape and got a Horrible break out on my stomach, that lasted 4 months even after I went to the Dermatologists! I went back and told the Manager, all she offered at the time was a refund that could take me up to 1-3 months to get back! Because they claimed that the owner was out of the country and could Not contact her! So the Manager also offered me to get a different service, I tried the Pot.. that did Not even make me sweat and only Burned my Skin! So I asked if I can just get my refund! The Manager then suggested that I can get 3 Microdermabrasions done.. So I agreed! Thinking that can not go wrong! I had 1 done and it was fine. A few weeks later I called to Schedule my 2nd Microdermabrasion and the Employee that I spoke to "Connie" said, that I would have to pay for any more services that I would want to get!! So I asked to speak to the Manager, and she stated that the Manager was out of town for 1 month and the Owner would be out of the Country for 2 months!!
