So, against my better judgement, I went back to the store just to see if the customer experience I had earlier would happen again or if that really was just a fluke. Well... I can happily say that it was less than a minute when I walked in the door I was greeted not once but three different times. And within 6 minutes I was being shown around the store to different necklaces I wanted to purchase for my wife's 10th anniversary. A ridiculously nice lady, named Susan, showed me around and introduced me to different types of necklaces I might be interested in. She was super kind and very informative. I can honestly say she made my day. She spent a good deal of time showing me all the different necklaces and I finally came across one I liked. She then proceeded to bring me to the back of the store to check out, and while I was checking out I believe the manager of the store (Gwen), introduced herself and also chatted me up while I was cashing out. She was also very friendly and asked me how I was doing. She even took the time to wrap up my gift and made sure it was in a very presentable fashion. I liked her, she was professional and courteous and it felt like she really cared how her stored performed. I now know why the store has so many 5-star reviews. They run a really nice looking store and the is a great team that works here. I really don't think you would go wrong checking out this jewelery store and making your purchase there. It's unfortunate my very first visit didn't go quite well, but I now assume it was simply because they were understaffed at that moment and several customers just happened to walk in at the same time. I'm really glad I went back. The below is my previous review, which was probably said more in anger than anything else. I find it extremely difficult to believe that this store has received that many five-star reviews from others below. When I walked in I was not greeted. Which is fine, maybe they were busy with other customers. I walked around the store for a little while looking at all their selections, which I thought looked nice and were presented well. They had many to choose from and most looked exceptional in quality. I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes before someone finally said they would be with me in a moment. After another 10 minutes i was still not seen and I finally left the store having not been serviced at all. I went in wanting to buy some rather expensive jewelry for my wife of 10 years, and was unable to do so from their lack of customer service. Maybe they were just having a bad day or were understaffed this day, but it left me unsatisfied and I can't see myself ever going back to this...

We have not been there before and since it was the one closer to our home we decided to give it a try. Well for beginners the location is perfect, the store is very presentable, and well maintain. They even have a break area for customers and provide refreshments as you sit and relax. As we were in the store we were approached by an employee, Victoria, and told her what we needed. Victoria was very helpful and very friendly that it put my wife and I at ease. What was incredible as well was her Knowledge of diamonds, warranties, and services they provide to meet every customers expectations. My wife and I had several questions and she took the time to answer every question with ease and to the point where she knew we understood. As Victoria examined the ring under the microscope she had my wife look at it herself and describe the repairs needed and also showed her the laser inscribed number to make sure she knows were it is located and what was on file to match it. So we agreed on the repairs and had two diamonds replace due to being chipped, cleaned, and make sure all other diamonds were secure. The two diamonds had to be ordered and Victoria gave us a time frame when the work was going to be completed. She also informed us that she will keep in contact with us regarding the delivery of the diamonds and repairs. Victoria did as promised and kept us updated of the delivery notice and the repairs. At times my wife called due to some questions and Victoria again took the time to explain and put my wife at ease since she is a worrier. Victoria delivered as promise and called us that the ring was ready. My wife was super excited and we arrived meeting again with Victoria. Victoria received us as long time customers and returned to us the ring that look good as new. My wife was very excited and that's what Jared should be all about. Bringing that smile and excite to their customers and they did. I really want to thank Victoria and the people who invested their time and skills that have provided the service of excellence in both of our eyes. My wife was so excited that I ask to speak to the store manager Gwen and brag about how great of an employee she has and the service everyone involved provided. I went in on a Sunday to look at a diamond and selected one but they didnāt have it at the store and they told me it will be at the store on Tuesday, two days later. 2 weeks went by without them informing me (no call or email) that it was delayed and that it was going to take another week for it to come in. I had to call them several times just to get an update on the diamond. After that it just got worse and worse. I was told that they could have the ring ready by September 28th, and I was planning to leave for a trip on October 1st. Literally 2 weeks before the ring was to be made they told me that it was not guaranteed anymore. Mind you I had to call them every single time to get an update on the ring. Not once did they call me to follow up and tell me what the status was. Also when I was told it would be ready, they told me within 2 days theyād reach out to be for the 3D rendering of the ring....1 week went by and they never called, and once again I had to call them. I ended up not using them, but was still charged for the ring. They told me Iād get it 100% refunded since I never even touched, saw, or took the ring out of the door. After they told me it was taken care of, 2 months later I still get calls saying I have 2 past due payments on my ring. I asked them to take care of it and thought it was dealt with. Well Iām still getting calls and, they arenāt taking care of the issue. Theyāre saying they need a picture of the statement that I owe them money when they can easily call the banking company and figure it out. I had to call the bank and make the payment since they were not taking this seriously and taking care of my concerns.
