Jeff is the manager at this location, This store was the only one that had the game i was looking for yes this location is way out of my way but since im a gamer i needed this game so i took my kiddos and wife with me to pick up this game, When arriving here Jeff greeted us and was really down to earth, helped me with some miss information i was given by other GameStop store and he even wowed my wife of Jeff customer service skill. I stopped by Sunday Oct 16 with something he promised he was going to helped me, i will say he was the only one in the store the and the store got super busy out of the blue, i waited for him to help all the other customers it took a long time but even my wife was amaze that even though Jeff was by himself he never rushed or gave poor customer service to no one and he was consistent with every customer. Jeff you have a customer for life man! Your type of customer service is something sadly we dont see no more, I will be going to any store you’ll manage. Read moreVery clean and well organized store. Staff tries to ensure you are satisfied and taken care of on each visit. I’m also surprised as they have decent physical stock despite the times more often than not. Even saw 4 generations of Pokémon 3DS games which is very rare. Every switch game I have inquired about had at least 1 new and/or used copy available.
For those complaining about being asked for preorders, renewals, and warranties blame GameStop Co not the employees. Corporate is clueless and continues to push metrics that the staff is held accountable to and required to promote whether it makes sense to the customer or not. Prestige rating is based off this and affect their jobs and income pretty significantly so it’s not something they can completely disregard. Keep in mind GameStop also reduced hours in 2020, so store managers are doing everything they can to keep the team going. I very much support the kind and knowledgeable store manager at this location after speaking with him.
