We had dine in at this location today, and I must say that it was a great experience, from the time we arrived, with the door bring opened and greeted as we came in. Our waitress Ms.Daphne who made sure we had everything we needed. She was just phenomenal, with a positive attitude, and went above and beyond to assist us. The food came out fast and was delicious!!! I give the staff and Ms.Daphne 5 stars.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came on March 3rd to celebrate our son birthday, and I must say the service and hospitality shown by our waitress Ms.Jaylyn, and I believe the hostess was name Ms.Gilean, as well as the manager on duty Mr. Ali were phenomenal. Each one of them made sure all our needs were met, and did it with excellence. The food was delicious, and must say you want be disappointed. Second time coming to this location, and each time has been a great experience. All the staff, and those that were not mention did a great job. We give 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came to celebrate Mother’s Day, the day after on Monday May 13, 2024. Our server was Ms.Janet and waiter Mr.Trace. They were phenomenal and made our visit a very good one. The hospitality and the way they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.The service has always been great, and the meals has always been very delicious and on point!!! 👍🏽👍🏽 The manger Mr.Brandon was very kind, and took the time to come to our table to make sure everything is ok. The environment is very nice and clean. Keep up the good work, by giving great customer service y’all give. I give 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came to have a date night on Sept.9, 2024 and the service we received from Ms.Adriana was phenomenal, she had a wonderful personality, very attentive to our every need, and greeted with a smile each time she checked on our table, to make sure everything was ok. If you are looking for a server who models the way great customer service should look like, you will ask for Ms.Adriana to be the one to serve you. Today I was taken out to Outback for a belated birthday lunch with my mother-in-law and daughter. This was my second visit to this location, after such a great experience my first time, this is where I chose to come for my birthday lunch today! The hostess Maddie was very nice and greeted us with a big smile. Despite being lunch time, the restaurant only had 3-5 tables busy when we showed up, so we were seated immediately. Our waitress Alyssia was OUTSTANDING. She was attentive, quick and just so sweet. It was like she was reading my mind, before I could even ask for a refill on my drinks, she had one delivered to the table! We had the fried mac & cheese bites, and they were sooo good! My mother-in-law had the pork chops and couldn't get over how melt in your mouth delicious they were! Plus, the portions are HUGE, she got two very large pork chops. I got the 6oz center cut sirloin with the bloomin chicken, and it was delicious! Everything was prepared perfectly, and even better, it got to our table so fast! I don't think we waited more than 2 minutes for anything. Alyssia was also very patient and had excellent attention to detail when we also placed 3 additional 2-go orders, and a dessert. Our orders were complicated, but she made sure to double check everything with us, and our to-go orders were also ready incredibly quickly. But what really made this experience top-tier and so memorable, towards the end of our meal, before she brought out my dessert, Alyssia brought me a birthday card that was signed by the entire waitstaff and included a coupon for a free bloomin onion. I have NEVER been treated to a hand-signed birthday card from a restaurant before in my life!!! This was the sweetest gesture and was not wasted on me. My mother-in-law also completely fell in love with this location and can't wait to come back. Thank you, Alyssia, for such a wonderful birthday...

Aided by the spectacular service of both Daphne and Rami, this Outback location stands out amongst the sea of fast-casual steakhouses in Fort Bend County.

Outback has always been a staple in the fast-casual steakhouse category, and when plans were announced that an Outback would join the likes of Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn, and Saltgrass in the Sugar Land/Richmond area, I couldn’t help but be thrilled to save 20+ minutes (40+ with the recent Grand Parkway expansion traffic), and a drive to Katy, to get a Bloomin’ Onion and a pint of Outback’s signature Bloomin’ Blonde Ale. As previously mentioned, the customer service I received was fantastic, especially considering the fact that my wife and I arrived 90 minutes before closing. While we usually try to refrain from showing up to restaurants close to closing time, working in the car industry can lead to many late nights out. Despite this, Daphne and Rami made us feel at home, and along with the rest of the staff, provided us with a 5 star experience. Our food came out fast and fresh, and most importantly, correctly. Moreover, food quality and flavor were top notch; my steak was truly mouthwatering.

The building itself is very attractive, with bright colors complimented by warm, comforting lighting, and although it should be a given for a restaurant as new as this one, all interior and exterior surfaces were spotless, including the restrooms. Seating surfaces were comfortable and evenly spaced throughout the restaurant floor, and the decor & ambience were very sleek and modern.

With fast-casual competition ramping up in the Sugar Land/Richmond area, this Outback location stands out from the rest by combining top notch customer service with fresh, flavorful menu offerings...
