Bubble Boba — Restaurant in Sugar Land

My daughter and I always stop by after our grocery trips. The drinks are always very well made. However, today I asked for no boba inside of my brown sugar milk tea and I ordered a strawberry banana slushie with boba. The young lady made the brown sugar milk tea with boba. I asked for her to remake it. She proceeded to tell me I ordered it incorrectly. She then cut the top open and poured the first mixture into a new cup and then added more milk. Which the resulted in the drink tasting like strait milk. I asked her to remake the drink again. She once again, cut the top of the cup open, added wayyyy too much brown sugar and more milk and a little bit of ice. The brown sugar is now clumped up at the bottom of the cup and getting stuck in the straw and the rest of the drink is unable to pass. She had a bad attitude, because I asked her to remake the drinks, when it was her fault that she made the drink wrong in the first place. She should really work on her customer service or else they'll be losing a lot...

The atmosphere is very cheerful and vibrant, unlike the two gentleman behind the counter. They did not smile once, were monotone, and seemed to not want to be there, bordering on disagreeable which surprised me for a place only open a month. Service was not outstanding or sub par - they did their jobs. I bought a Mango boba (“You mean a number 6?” Apparently I ordered wrong and had to be corrected) and a pretzels. Flatly “they come in a dozen” and then “the sauces are listed right infront of you”. They were a few feet away and clearly he felt the need to point as well. Overall the two men, esp the one ringing me up, were awful. Trying the pretzels at home = hard and stale. Do not order them. I ate four thinking they’d get better. Nope. I threw the rest out. It is very interesting how I’m reading the comments and I see you are able to sample the icecream. I went there earlier today and the lady said I couldn’t try any. I had never been there before.. , and I explained that to the lady, after letting her know I had never been there before and I would simply just like to try one sample to have an idea of what find I would want she told me no. I am African American, and clearly apart of the LGBTQ community 🏳️‍🌈.
