This store is a solid no! First, my husband stopped at their drive-thru, I was looking at the menu to decide what drink; this girl came to the mic and my husband said to give it a second we wanna check out the menu she said she didn't understand what he was saying... Ok, maybe my husband does have an accent but it's so mean by saying she doesn't get what he's saying! If I can understand it she should! I heard he said he want to look at the menu! I don't get how she doesn't get it because he is speaking English there! The whole situation is we kept repeating ourselves and she responded super slow; it's like she paused for moments and then a moment later she said something to us in slow motion, back and forth, mad rude! U know if a person is nice u can feel it by the way she speaks! But no, super bad attitude! So I got so mad and asked my husband to get out of the drive-thru I will go to the store to buy my drink! I want to know who’s taking the orders! The store is not even busy at all, It's not a cheap drink it's 8 dollars something for some whack service we get! I asked for her name, Emily! And then when the guy worker gave me my drink I told him I just experienced the same thing from your 1-star review from another customer, slow lazy had to repeat many times for a simple order! He is nice I have no problem with him; he tried to defend his worker Emily by saying the mic is bad, and it’s really hard to hear customers; well u should let your company know about the situation in this store to boost up your business not kick customers away! Read moreEverytime I come here I have an issue with ordering my smoothie. Though it’s not on the menu it’s 3 simple ingredients; coconut water, blueberries and pineapple. Which ingredients that they have. I tell them to ring it up as whatever they have to but it’s always an issue for some reason. Most smoothie kings are able to make the order without much coaching but this particular location has an issue. To the point they refused to come to the window to take my order while I’m in drive through. The black girl that works here is very rude and she needs a class on customer service because her attitude sucks. She told the guy to close the window on me as I’m speaking to him. But I’m sure she’ll twist it into something else so she can keep her job. They called the cops on me saying they are refusing to take my order when they never said anything to me. I gave them a while. Figured they get their stuff straight managers would be on board. Get everything together work out the kinks tried again today waited 18 minutes in line for some clueless kid to ask me my order. I ordered a chocolate gladiator. She tells me to proceed to the window for my total when I asked her.
