If I could rate a negative stars I would. This particular location needs a overhaul with customer service and the older men customers that likes to hangout in there and distract and lust over young women that work there who actually entertains them is disgusting. These older men need to get a hobby because it's a business but making it look like more of a sugar daddy looking for a sugar baby hook up instead of a prominent business where buying donuts is a pleasure not an insult. I visited this location on yesterday and when I walked in there was no customer's other than those old pesky men sitting. The young woman was talking to them overlooking the fact that I'm standing at the counter ready to order. After, standing there for a few minutes; no service. No one even approached me to see if someone has waited on me. After that, I looked at the young woman who was into a entertaining conversation with these men and explained to her I haven't been serviced and she just stared at me with no response. Then I told her that the customer service is horrible but continue your conversation and I can take my money elsewhere. I called corporate office and Jack has yet to return my call however, no worries Jack everyone I converse with will hear my story about how these gigalo older men is more entertaining than paying customers.. This is how a legacy takes the wrong turn with one or maybe more locations with poor service and no response from corporate office. Customers...

Paula is very very rude, poor customer service, she doesn't greet customer and she acts as if she doesn't want to take your order.... she gets the order wrong and then gets mad when you come back to get the correct order.... she didn't want to correct the order or give me a refund. I asked for a refund repeatedly she ignored me and yelled at us....I asked for the management number and name, she refused to give it to me. Another customer that was there had to give me the managers number because he has had issues with this lady...She then calls the police on me and told them she didn't give me an exchange because we were rude. This lady does not need to be in this type of business, you will loose many customers if she continues to work there, I witnessed her being rude to every customer that came in to purchase something... some customers left out because she was so rude. She's so mean and hateful that she would rather get a complaint on her than to exchange a $2 kolache or give a refund because she didn't have any more kolaches...this is not the type of employee you want running your business. Get rid of her or continue to loose business and shut down...sincerely a very pissed...

Went to this location and asked for warm glazed donut and a jalepeno kolaches. I received a hard cold donut while the fresh donuts just came out. I asked for one of those and the cashier said the donuts were the same. I additionally asked for the fresh donut. The cashier dumped the old donut out into other donuts that were not glazed and gave me a new donut. I asked if they had Sprite and the cashier said "what"?. The cashier next to her said we don't have Sprite, we have coke. I asked for the coke. The cashier now has an attitude. The cashier rung me up and I handed her a 5 dollar bill. The cashier snatched the money from my hand and slammed my changed down. Her name is Elizabeth. Horrible experience for my first time. I asked the other cashier for the manager name and she said David. I left my contact information for a return call. And she never gave me my coke I was...
