So i USED to LOVE this place. I went it once with my sister because she's been there before. from the beginning I was not impressed because a lady sat me in a chair only to remove me less then a minute later, to give it to some one else.... why did you sit me down in the first place? So i go back to the waiting area... after about 10 minutes a lady tells me to sit in another booth... before i even made it to the booth she says oh no nevermind not yet. seriously?????? wow. at this point i was mad, but didn't leave because my sister had already been seated 15 minutes ago and almost done with her nails. while im waiting at least 3 customers came in and they spoke very rudely to them. two of them walked out... so anyways the lady that ended up doing my nails was very sweet and she did an awesome job... and it was affordable... which was the only reason i went back 2 weeks later for my refill and another design.... i went around lunch time so it was fast and they lady then also did a great job... now my 3rd visit is when i decided i'm NEVER GOING BACK.... i go in... the lady that seats me asks me if i want powder polish.. and i say no.. this is what i want.. and i show her a picture (just like ive done the last 2 times with the other ladies) it was a pink minnie mouse design.... very simple... only 3 circles to make it look like the head.... she says oh i have that color in powder.. i tell her no that doesn't work for me because i change my nail color every 3 days... so she starts my nails.... then she asks me if i want my eyebrows done.. which i did. so she continues on my nails for about 2 more minutes then she stops and says ok lets to your eyebrows now before we paint them, so we go and she purposely messed up my eyebrows by cutting way too much of one eyebrow from the beginning of the brow so now i look ridiculous when my eyebrows start in different places. EVERYONE can notice and i know she did it just because i didnt want her expensive stupid powder... then went we go back to paint my nails she says oh i cant to the minnie.. your nail is to small. my nails are very big and long and bigger then the picture that i was showing her.. anyways she went and did her own design..something completely different to how i wanted it. she half asses it and when she put the clear coat on my nails she literally missed almost half on my nail on every single one... im never going back. clearly they could care less about their customer. and i do my nails every other week or almost every week so they lost a good customer. and the sad part is they are not all rude, so its a shame some mess it up for everyone and the business. they need...

I was super busy today so decided to just go to a nail place near by. I got a full set and pedicure, they charged me $3 more than my usual shop. They showed me the color powder options. (Which aren't many) I settled for this color. My pedicure felt great but again the polish options weren't many. So if I ever go back for a pedicure I would definitely take my own polish. Now for my full set, the pictures say it all. This is after I asked the employee to fix some patches she had left without color powder. All I asked for was short nails, squared and file the sides a little. Idk why some are pointed sideways and upwards. I am so disappointed and I will never get a full set/refill here again. By no means did I rush them so their is no excuse for this kind of work. Completely unacceptable. I paid and left. But I already wish I could just rip these off.

Update: went back the same day and told them how I felt. The manager apologized and said she would remove these and fix them herself. She paid a lot of attention to detail. I am a lot more pleased with her work. She is the same one who...

Bad customer service. Ms. Linda has done my nails in the past before along with pedi’s however, recently, her customer service has became past poor every visit. (prior to this last occurrence, my opinion is her pedicures are better than her nail work) Clearly explained during acrylic removal on my big toe, not to my natural nail .
