Crust Pizza Co. - Richmond — Restaurant in Texas

I just recently discovered Crust Pizza. I was so excited to try out the location closer to me. However this is honestly the worst place I been to in a WHILE. We get there I order my pizza the lady taking my order clearly wasn’t paying attention ( this will show up later) because at first she added an ingredient to my pizza that I didn’t ask for, fine. Ordered 2 drinks but the machine was out and wasn’t going to work anytime soon , fine, but she didn’t want us to exchange the fountain drinks for a drink in the cooler, fine. We get our food my pizza was missing an item I asked for and my boyfriend’s salad had artichokes, he told them no artichokes. When I go up to ask the employee at the register if I could just get a side of meatballs because it’s not on there she says “ well you checked the screen so…”with a rude face like okay and??? to which I replied “well you added something on there that I didn’t want so I didn’t even check if the meatballs was on there because I was distracted.” So they take my pizza and tell me it’s going to take about 5 minutes just to heat up the meatball and put it on, fine. I am waiting for my pizza as I’m writing this, it has been 25 minutes since they said they would bring out…. My boyfriend finished his food 10 minutes ago ….I just got my pizza ( the same pizza with meatballs added on it) in total about 35 minutes later, and they just brought it. The manager, I think, apologized to my boyfriend. The girl who took our order and didn’t take our order right was mia… Imma drive 30 minutes to another location if I want crust...

We frequent this establishment so we know how it started as far as food and service goes. Well, sad to say our last visit on 1/17/25 was not a good one. Went to use the restroom with my toddler to wash our hands before sitting and bathroom was a mess. Mind you, IT WAS NOT BUSY at the time so not sure why manager/employees did not take the time to check the restroom. Nonetheless, we proceeded to use the restroom and what do you know, soap dispenser is not working. Asked the manger (short bald guy) if they had any soap and he just said “no. If the dispenser is not working then it’s not working” I was shocked as he didn’t even care to help. I had to tell him “well maybe you can check the men’s so we can wash our hands maybe?” He took us to the restroom and just pointed at the door and left. Then as my toddler and I were heading to our table, an employee that was cleaning tables close by, dropped a glass of soda on the floor which splashed all over myself, my purse, my daughter and the area we were sitting. I went back to the front and asked the same manger for a rag and proceeded to tell him what happened and he just told someone to give me a bunch of napkins. This so called manager didn’t apologize, didn’t say anything didn’t try to make up for the back to back issues that that occurred. Maybe something like “oh man, we are so sorry. Perhaps we can discount your salad” or “give you complementary bread for this”. NOTHING! So much for good customer service. Not coming back to this...

So many tasty unique pizza options!! And if you're not feeling like pizza, they also have pasta and sandwiches.

For appetizer, i got the Meatballs, and they were one of my favorite parts of my meal. They were not dense and had good flavor, especially combined with the tomato sauce.. The garlic bread along with it was also very good as well. You can tell that they do not just get generic bread for their garlic bread. Definitely must try! The rest of my party agreed it was one of their favorite things they tried.

I also got to try the Blackened chicken Capri pasta. I personally wasn't a huge fan in comparison to everything else.

For pizza, I got to try Mr.Potato Head, Madelyn's Alfredo and Wyatt's BBQ Chicken. All the pizzas had a lot of flavor, and despite all the toppings and sauce, the crust was still firm and not soggy at all.

The Mr.Potato Head pizza was very good and is pretty much like a baked potato on a pizza! I was skeptical about potato on pizza but now know it's worth it! Madelyn's Alfredo was my personal favorite of the 3 I tried. It was packed with flavor and the chicken was soft. I wasn't a huge fan of Wyatts pizza. In my opinion, the BBQ taste was too strong. But if you love BBQ sauce then this might be the pizza for you.

The restaurant itself is cozy and has a couple TVs for patrons to watch. Service was fast and friendly. Overall a very good pizza place in the Aliana area that is...
