Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Sugar Land

My experience tonight at this location was horrific. My college age son decided go to Baskin Robbins to pick up 2 sundaes for me and himself. He ordered 2 2 scoop sundaes with hot fudge. He added a scoop of m&ms to his sundae. When he got to the register, Kennedy told him it would be $35. What???? For two 2 scoop sundaes???? When my son questioned her, she told him that it was correct and that he had added extra toppings and that she heard him say that he wanted a double scoop, which she says cost more.. But how did it get to $35? Kennedy still insisted that he pay $35. My son called me and I told him that there is no way that it could be $35 and to ask her to explain. He called me back and said she still wants $35 , so he left. I then drove there to order 2 sundaes for us and to get anexplanation. I asked her how she got $35 and she said he ordered a double scoop, but still old not explain the price. Kennedy was very rude and would not listen when I tried to talk. I have been to this establishment several times and we order the same thing every time. I have never had some one be so rude. I asked her name so that I could report her and she let me know that it didn't matter to her if she was reported to the manager. I got the 2 sundaes just like my son ordered them and...

The children running this store are so rude and obviously have no experience in customer service. They spend way too much time playing around/talking with each other to take care of customers. My family of 6 and I went and got ice cream to celebrate a birthday and we were not greeted, only 2 out of the the 4 employees helped us because 1 guy ran to the back to clearly get away from helping us, and then 1 girl grabbed an online order ticket to escape from helping us as well, but not before giving us and the other employees an earful about how “gross” and “diabetes” like the order they received was. Oh, and that same girl was later seen in very plain sight attempting to see how high she could jump (touching all over the ceiling/wall with her bare hands and then clearly not washing them before serving someone else.) We definitely won’t be coming back to this baskin robbin’s, and the General Manager should REALLY think about who they are hiring and who they are leaving alone to run their store, because this encounter was nothing short of...

Just bought 2 banana royale sundaes and both were to-go. We just live around the corner. My bf ate his right away and it was virtually soup or like a bowl of cereal without cereal but bananas instead. Whip cream was just cream. Not whipped and it looked it there was only one scoop of ice cream. I placed my order in the freezer but checked to see if I had two scoops but when I looked it was just a melted mess!!! With pineapples and a cherry. I didn’t get whipped cream, so it was just a bowl of melted chocolate ice cream!! THEN I spent over 30 minutes calling only for it ring for several minutes then automatically be disconnected without ever speaking to anyone or had anyone answer the dang phone!!! I mean it was hot in there when we walked in but had not idea the ice cream would be melted. The person working there never said anything but seriously!!! And then no one can answer a phone?!?!?!?!?
