Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sulphur

Yesterday I went to Taco Bell, the lady that took my order typed it in slow which was fine so I waited for her to get done typing in the food because I was ordering it a specific way, and then when she asked me if that was all I added a drink. Went to the window she had a rude tone to begin with and I asked for my drink because she didn’t give it to me and then she said I didn’t order one and I said yes ma’am I did, she said well you can drive around and order it again and shut the window in my face. I didn’t even get my receipt because she just shut the window in my face and didn’t hand me one to begin with. So I drove around and went inside and talked to the manager which she was rude as well and actually walked up to me and just about got in my face over it and I told her they both should be fired, and when I got home I noticed the food was made wrong as well, I called corporate also and complained right after I got home. They both deserve to lose their job because as long as they are working there anyone else that works there or has that as their first job is only going to learn how to be a rude and...

At 8:30pm June 22, we used the drive threw here. The female taking our order was rude as hell. Once we get to the window she doesnt say a word to us just shoves her hand out the window for our payment. We do not get a receipt when she hands us our card back. When we get home (houston river rd.) We realize the 7 layer, 5 layer, and bean burrito were all made wrong. They were only ground meat and half melted cheese wrapped into burritos about an inch thick and 8 inches long. My wife ordered the chalupa craving box her burrito was the same, and her chalupa was cold and stale, like it was left from a previous order and thrown in with ours. The cinnamon twist that came with her box were hard as cracklins I could hear her crunch one across the kitchen when she tried to eat it. I will avoid this place from now on. I have never had problems with the taco bell on city service. But this one needs new...

So first off they got my order wrong and just scraped some of the stuff off my tacos and then gave them right back to me. It was 7:00 and an old man came in to order and after waiting 10 minuets for them to take his order this girl rudely demanded that he left along with 3 other employees. He told them that he had been waiting 10 minuets, they still demanded that he leaves. He agreed but wanted the girls name and badge number. She was even more rude and said her number was "your ass" then shoved him out the door and locked it. This is unforgivable to do to anyone, especially an elderly man.
