Read moreHorrible costumer service ! I came here many times and this time i ordered 5 boba and they were all supposed to be with boba one double boba . Then she comes with the ordered. One had no extra boba and one had no boba at all and one was large. Than when i told her oh sorry you got it a little mixed up and to just add boba on the one she missed she told me i had to pay for it but also she cant charge me for $1 so i either had to buy another drink or she wouldn't give me the boba. Which i paid and i tipped and no big deal but how about when i asked her what about the other one that is missing the extra boba . She still wanted me to refund that one boba and pay for the new . So she refunded the large one with no boba for the regular with boba . I still left her $2 tip but still didnt not give me the extra boba that was missing on a drink. The point of this is that i would have paid anything even when it was their mistake but is sad how this places don't know how to talk or treat a costumer! I hope they are enjoying the extra...
Read moreI mostly only leave reviews for places I like very much or have crossed a line for bad service. I'd say that Taste Tea is on the positive side things by a wide margin. The owner and his staff have been serving me drinks for over a year now and many know my order. I've only personally had the Honey Lemonade (honey lemon green tea) and the sweet cream brick toast. The honey Lemonade is my favorite honey lemon green tea of any place I've been to. This includes local places in Taiwan and in Mainland China. If I want a honey lemon green tea, I go here. No question. My ex used to love the Okinawa, I believe. I've taken both family and friends here when they've come from out of town and they've all thought that their drinks were delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone that's in the area. Their boba is freshly made every few hours and if you don't like it, they'll do their best to fix it...
