It was quite easy to be able to book a reservation by phone. When we arrived were quickly recognized and were seated quickly. Keep in mind that if you are going for the Habachi, that there may be other people that you will sit with, in order for you to all see the chef make the food in front of you. Our kids first time to a Habachi, so it was entertaining for them. We ordered TOO much food. I wanted to try so much, since their menu is quite large. You can have other food completely if you don’t want to have Habachi. We ordered the Green Mussel, Softshell Crab, Black Cod, 2 Rolls Special (Cowboy and SOB Roll), Kids Habachi, and One Habachi Entree. Tried the Ribeye and side of Salmon, and with the kids we got the New York Steak. One thing I really liked was the crispness of the fried rice. The sauces that come with it, I didnt find very appealing, but I liked the Salad and soup. Soft shell crab was the only item that was a miss for me. It felt like there was too much batter. Ribeye, Salmon, was pretty good. Everyone was quite nice, and they have a lot of staff to make sure your water is always filled, and that your table is clear if you are done with something. It is a bit of a drive 20 min from the strip, but the price of the food I can say is quite good compared to a lot of high price Japanese Places around the strip. It is a pretty big restaurant and there is plenty of parking.

At this Teppanyaki-style restaurant, and let me tell you, the chef put on quite the show! 🍣🔥 Watching him cook up a storm right in front of us was not only entertaining but also a feast for the senses. The meal began with a delightful salad and soup, both of which were great and set the tone for what was to come. 🥗🍲 The highlight, of course, was the filet mignon. It was absolutely delicious, though perhaps there was a bit too much butter for my taste at times. 🥩🧈 As the chef skillfully prepared the noodles and veggies, we were captivated. 🍜🥕 The combination of these cooked to perfection and then mixed together was truly a taste sensation. The garlic edamame was another standout, bursting with flavor and incredibly moreish. 🧄🫘 To accompany my meal, I tried their twist on a margarita, which was super good and paired wonderfully with the show. 🍹 A note for families: my daughter was frightened by the flames and the loud noises (sizzles and tapping of the cooking instruments). For children who might be sensitive to certain sensory stimuli, this might not be the best fit. However, she did enjoy the food. 🍽️ In summary, this Teppanyaki dining experience was a perfect blend of great food and captivating entertainment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and delicious night out! 🌟

Staff was nice but I wasn't impressed with the udon noodle soup. The presentation was nice looking but the pot was scalding hot, which kept the soup too hot to eat for quite some time! It was frustrating to have the food in your face but not be able to eat it for fear of burning my mouth! Every spoonful had to sit in my spoon for a few minutes before I could slurp it. The intense heat also continued to cook the seafood in my soup, which resulted in overcooked, dried out seafood that was unpleasant to eat by the time I could eat it. I had a good experience at another ohjah location with a different menu item. The white peach sake was delicious and the perfect recommendation from our server.

We had a very enjoyable dinner last night at the Flamingo location. We enjoyed the Habachi Combination dinner for three. Filet mignon, scallops, chicken, sole fish filet. Everything cooked to perfection Chef was amazing sorry can't remember his name older gentleman much experience in habachi performance. Everything was 5 star. One thing we didn't know when check came is that the chef and the servers don't share tips. All the server did was bring us water and 2 drinks and present the bill. The chef did all the work. We always tip over 20% so it was was very uncomfortable when it came to tipping? If you don't bring cash with you how do you tip your chef for his wonderful performance and cooking skilld? We did bring cash and took very good care of chef that did all the work. We did leave a tip on the credit card 💵 for the server but the lions share of the cash tip went to the chef that cooked and served our meal and made our night. I think this is a very confusing thing for people dining here. The credit card receipt should have a separate area to tip both of the people that serve you?? My only complaint with the experience. I knows these chef must lose out on lots of tips by people thinking the tips are split between the staff. Thanks for a great dinner Ohjah we...
