Oh my God what a disaster. I've been visiting the location in Henderson for the last 10 years and I must say I would give them a four and a half. This location in summerlin was my first time visiting yesterday which was April the 7th and the health inspectors happened to be there as we were visiting. Well it took about a half an hour for our meal to arrive, and believe it or not the plate was warm the food was cold I could not believe it and this mind you was about 3:00 p.m. my mother was the same.we ordered the number five combination plate which I have for years and it's always great. I don't like sending food back but believe me this food was cold I just could not believe 20 minutes later another play comes out the food was so so it was bland it didn't have any seasoning whatsoever I was very very disappointed which I told the waiter. I was definitely not looking for anything for free I just like to get what I pay for. The carnitas was overcooked the chicken had no seasoning whatsoever and that was for the chicken cheese enchilada,, the refried beans were almost like soup had no taste to them whatsoever it was just awful to be honest with you. so I did ask for the manager and I just express my opinion to him that I was very disappointed and I know they could do better than that. He took 15% off the bill which is nothing but as I said I wasn't looking to get anything free I just want what I paid for. Anywho I ordered a carne asada burrito to take home to eat later that night with just carne asada, refried beans, and cheese and the green sauce inside... The manager brings it out himself prior to us paying the bill and exiting and stated to me I watched him make your burrito, this is really good really really good so I took his word for it. Last night I cut into it it was chunks and strings of meat I could not believe it was not chopped up in you know nice little pieces of carne asada it was awful I called the manager this morning and I'm going to have to waste my time to drive out there to get a total refund but I was very disappointed with that location it was just the cook. To be honest with you. I think he walked out once the health inspector arrives for whatever reason. Just my opinion. But I can't even give them a one I...

Excellent food, but don't go on a Saturday night!! Line out the door with over an hour wait, and although staff did their best to be attentive, they were spread much too thin.

It was more of a hectic environment, rather than being able to sit down and enjoy dinner more peacefully. Loud drunks aren't the restaurants fault (sort of), but it would have been nice to at least have someone TRY to encourage them to be less disruptive, and kind of corral them in their area. They liked to carouse the nearby tables and kept speaking/singing at a volume loud enough to be heard outside. The manager was much too busy to really do anything in that regard, which was a real shame.

All of the staff were hustling in and out of the kitchen (understandably), which unfortunately, is the area where we were seated..about 3 tables away from the doors.

Because of that, we constantly had: precariously balanced, huge platters of food going by and sometimes OVER the people sitting in that area (in chairs facing a wall), staff trying not to bump into each other, and log jams right at our table (with their bums parked about a cm. from our chairs). Sounds really appetizing, right?? NOT!! 😳🤑🙄

Then, there were the other patrons who were constantly staring in our direction to see if their food was coming (if it wasn't theirs, they just continued to stare as if that would make things happen faster), or where their waiter might be (and if they would somehow magically appear)..and then there was all of the other associated loud kitchen noise right next to us. Even though people were mostly looking at the door, from where we sat, it made things feel VERY intrusive. All in all, a very dismal and uncomfortable place for us to be sitting, especially as we always much prefer a relatively quiet place to be able to enjoy our meal and the rare time together.

We are not the least bit against people having a good time! We just don't like the lack of any consideration for anyone else nearby.

Would we go there again? Absolutely. The food was delicious!

That being said though, there is NO way in hell anyone could even begin to pay us enough to go on a Saturday night ever again.

(Desert...

Lindo Michoacan stands as a vibrant beacon for authentic Mexican food in Las Vegas. While the city boasts countless dining options, this family-owned establishment—with its roots tracing back decades—has earned its reputation as the gold standard. It’s the kind of place locals rave about and visitors are thrilled to discover, offering a culinary journey that’s rich, festive, and utterly delicious.

The restaurants are decorated, often featuring rich colors, traditional artistry, and—at some locations—panoramic views of the Las Vegas valley.

The ambiance is often enhanced by a roaming Mariachi band, turning dinner into a spontaneous celebration.

The service mirrors the hospitality of a Mexican home: attentive, generous, and clearly focused on making you feel like family.

The menu is a deep dive into the robust flavors of Michoacán, a region of Mexico known for its rich culinary traditions. Before the main event, every table is treated to a complimentary trio of warm, crisp tortilla chips, a zesty house-made salsa, and a wonderfully creamy bean dip—a small gesture that sets the tone for quality.

While they execute all the classics flawlessly, a few dishes truly stand out: • The Carnitas a la Coca-Cola: This house specialty features pork slow-braised to melting perfection, demonstrating the kitchen's mastery of traditional techniques. • Molcajetes: Served in a sizzling volcanic stone bowl, this dish is a feast of grilled meats, cheese, cactus, and peppers simmered in savory salsa. It’s an interactive, hearty showstopper. • Margaritas: Made with fresh, often organic ingredients, the margaritas are potent and perfectly balanced, complementing the complex flavors of the food.

Lindo Michoacan is a good destination for anyone craving genuine, soulful Mexican cooking delivered in a truly memorable environment. It’s the perfect spot to celebrate, gather, or simply enjoy a plate of the best comfort food Vegas...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lindo Michoacán Mexican Restaurant, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From its prime location offering a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The friendly servers were attentive and genuinely nice, making sure that my dining experience was top-notch from start to finish. One of the highlights was the incredibly rich and flavorful salsa that they serve with complimentary chips. It was the perfect way to start the meal and really set the tone for the delicious food to come. The portions are impressively large, ensuring that you get great value for your money. Each dish arrived at the table piping hot, which is something I really appreciate as it shows their commitment to quality. Another great aspect of Lindo Michoacán is the convenience. There’s plenty of parking, so I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot. The large dining area is perfect for any occasion, whether you're out for a casual dinner or celebrating something special with a big group. Overall, my experience at Lindo Michoacán was fantastic. The view of the Strip, combined with the delicious food and friendly service, makes it a standout choice for anyone who loves Mexican cuisine. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in Las Vegas!

First of all the ambiance at this restaurant is very nice. Unfortunately, we didn't care for the food as much. I saw this place on social media and wanted to try it. I ordered the chilaquiles with carne asada and eggs and my husband ordered camarones al mojo de ajo (shrimp in garlic sauce). They bring out chips with a bean dip and salsa and fideo soup. The salsa was not bad but the beans had no seasoning and the soup was bland. The chilaquiles didn't taste bad but there was just so much tortilla and nothing else but sauce. I think it would have been better with onion or something to break it up because it just tasted very doughy. My husband enjoyed his shrimp but the plate was very small for the price. Overall I was very excited about trying this place and we were starving when we arrived, but we just felt disappointed. I'm not sure if it's just what we ordered or if it was an off day. The service was fast and friendly. We may try again another time.
