Absolutely the best BBQ I have had in a very long time. This is a true statement, the other BBQ restaurants in Las Vegas need to attend Rollin Smoke Barbeque 101. My family roots are in The Carolinas and Tennessee. So I grew up on barbeque. After the elder members of my family had passed, the secret of true Carolina vinegar barbeque was lost. I tried most of my life to produce the sauce. I tried and failed to find the sauce sampling the sauces from barbeque restaurants claiming to be authentic Vinegar barbeque sauce, but they to just was not the real deal. Then on a chance I tried Rollin Smoke Barbeque. I had the piggy sandwich and took a chance and added a side of their Carolina Vinegar barbeque sauce. From the very first bite my years of searching, the many failures and disappointments were instantly vindicated. Finally someone got it right so thank you for that. The sandwich was amazing. The meat was tender and seasoned perfectly. The hoagie roll was firm and not soggy. So for those other guys out there that give the excuse that you can't have firm bread with barbeque, guess what, yes you can. The staff were great. Friendly and happy to see me. The sides are outstanding! All the great southern standards. Authentic Southern sweet tea, absolutely. I plan on visiting the other locations here in town. And from now on my barbeque will come from Rollin Smoke Barbeque. If you are like me and long for not only good food, but also a little bit of childhood memories lost, then you need to pull up a chair at one of the tables at Rollin Smoke Barbeque. I guarantee you won't be sorry. Thank you again to the owners and staff at Rollin Smoke Barbeque for making this reviewer believe in good, authentic barbeque again. Truly was an amazing...
Read moreStill my favorite barbecue this side of Memphis. I used to work next to the original one downtown and ate there almost three times a week for lunch. This location happens to be close by my house, but most importantly the food is no different than the original!
If it's me and the kids I usually get the pit special which is a five meat and three sides choice, and it feeds the three of us not just one meal but almost two meals. If it's me by myself for me with a friend I usually get the to meet plate and get the chopped brisket and ribs. Their meats are always delicious perfectly cooked and fall off the bone yummy.
If you never been you can't go wrong with anything that you order just get your favorite. I do recommend getting multi meet plate so that you can try some different ones all at the same time. Also very important, don't forget to check out the various sauces that they have. I have found two that are my favorites and use one sauce and one type of meat and another on another type of meat. But their sauce is really need to be checked out they're super good. Their sides are all delicious you can't go wrong with those either, we typically get the fried okra and the mac and cheese. Again you can't go wrong to whatever your favorite is get it and you'll love it. My only suggestion to management and ownership is to have a real loyalty program, Warehouse loyal customers are rewarded for eating there so often. If you've never been you really got to try this place. I find the meats you're so much better than the traditional barbecue places you find in every City USA. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his mom years ago and I understand they are still...
Read moreBuyer beware! I ordered take out from the online menu which states 1/2 rack of Beef ribs for $30. Wow! the price was high but I wanted to try it. My wife went there, then half way home realized there was no sauce in the bag so went back. When she got home there were only 2 ribs, some pickles and wet piece of bread. A half rack of beef ribs is supposed to feed 2 -4 adults. What a joke!
I was sure it was a mistake so I called the Manager who was unapologetic and told me that 2 ribs was their half rack. In what Universe?!! I was upset and told here a rack of beef ribs was 9 to 13 bones which makes a half rack a minimum of 4 or 5. I asked her why as in the photo below on their online menu, that they claim a half rack for $30? Why not state that it was just 2 ribs for $30 bucks? That way, if people want to pay that it could be clear. She said well, that's the way the owner wants it. Well, deception is not a good trait and $15 a rib is highway robbery but businesses can charge what they want. Do not recommend and the Manager knows nothing about customer service. Did not care about the deception. PS. Saw a review with the same complaint from 2 years ago. The owner claimed cost is correct and the excuse is they sell out so this deception is Ok. But it's not. Wasted my time, my money on something I would never buy if they told the truth on what your actually getting. Great logic. This is obvious and can be addressed just stating 2 beef ribs for $30!...
