I stopped in to get $100 of gardening supplies since I was in the area. The register said "Approved" but no receipt printed. The Manager used their inventory system to attempt to prove that I did not actually pay for my merchandise and kept me there for over one hour.

Since it takes multiple business days to process a transaction my bank couldn't prove on the spot that I had already paid for the items. They forced me to pay for them again to leave the store. Now that both transactions have hit my bank account we are out $200.

This store is a scam, go to tractor supply. Farm and Family does not care about you, and they will happily take your money to protect themselves from their own mistakes, and the failures of...

Family Farm and Home is my dog’s favorite store (and one of mine too)! The staff are so friendly and wonderful to converse with. They’re always super knowledgeable and helpful. Plus they always shower my dog with love, attention and treats. He loves when I buy the pig ears from here! This store always has a great selection of dog and cat toys and treats to look at. My dog also LOVES looking at all the little baby chicks. This store always has an amazing selection of products… Seriously anything you could think of! Clothing, footwear, holiday decor, home decor, animal supplies and so much more. I especially like all the great clearance deals that they have. I highly recommend checking Family Farm...

Please do not support this business! They have bunnies for sale, this isn’t necessary (I volunteer at EARS, the shelter is always overflowing) They have them on wire bottom cages (horrible for their fragile hocks) no hay (bunnies need access to unlimited hay 247 to keep their stomachs moving and avoid GI stasis) corn and salt licks (horrible for bunnies) a water bottle (should be a dish to avoid bacteria and dehydration) This is no way to show employees and customers that this is how bunnies should be cared for!
