Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Summit Township

This place is amazing. Drove over 100miles one way just to try there chicken sandwich because I've heard such great things about it. Even brought my sister along. Walking in the place doesn't even feel like a "fast food place" felt more like inviting home with warm and friendly staff. Took a look at the menu and ordered a "chick-fil-A" crispy chicken sandwich just the sandwich and a 8 piece chicken nuggets with a small Dr. Pepper. Sister had the same. Was. Fantastic. The chicken was a BIG chuck on juicy white boneless breast that came with pickles on the bottom. This sandwich came from the gods. And even the nuggets where legitimate pieces of chicken. Not frozen crap. I had to run out to the car to grab my wallet. By the time I came back in the cashier had already paid for our almost 20$ order!!! I almost fainted when I heard what he said. Then went back up and ordered a Oreo milkshake and my sister ordered a small cone ice cream. The milkshake was creamy. Like hand mixed and make with real milk and ice cream. Also a side note. 5 STARS! Absolutely leagues better than the Buffalo location. For us buffalo folks, you could drive to Erie and back and get your food by the time you get through the drive thru or line at the Buffalo Location.

The portions here are correct and the customer service is on point and its the fantastic customer service that you expect from a Chick Fil A. We chatted with the table cleaner who was such a sweet lady! It was clear she was having fun at her job and enjoyed the work! The portions were A LOT smaller in Buffalo, and I am honestly not sure why as its the same restaurant. The parking lot is easily accessible. The price is 20 cents more for the original Chicken Sandwich too in Buffalo than it is here. The location is busy BUT this one actually moves people through the line a lot faster. You can get food within 5-10 minutes of entering the restaurant. Its also not crazy overwhelmingly busy. The drive thru was moving at a quick pace too. I placed an order at 9:40 and there was a worker named Connor and he told me to pull around because they were waiting 4 min on fries. So I'm sitting there waiting at the main door and the same guy comes up with my food 10 minutes later and says it's not your fault but next time when I tell you to pull around, drive around drive through again. Like not only does it say they close at 10 but there dining room is closed, even though it was open earlier, so I couldnt go inside to place it to be less of an inconvenience, but this guy really wants me to waste my gas driving around the restaurant again because they are waiting on fries so I don't mess up there timer because they messed up. And then he's going to make it feel like it's my fault they didn't have the food ready. They should have had me just wait at the window like any other place would do or pull off to the side.
