Starbucks — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

So I always go to this Starbucks when I’m at target and it’s always good but this one time I asked for the ultra Carmel so usually it has a coffee flavored wip cream so I was expecting that on my coffee but when I got it the whip cream was not coffee flavored and all the carnal was in one spot it was very rushed through also my dad got the triple mocha with 3 extra shots of espresso my dad whatched his the whole time and he did not put it in and my dad even asked him and said yep 2 shots of espresso witch wasn’t right, also the guy who was making the coffees was sweating a lot it was very gross. I usually have a very good visit there but this time it was not good and I heard the guy saying he got off his shift in 4 min but that does not give him the excuse to rush...

We used to patronize Target/ Starbucks very frequently, but, due to a rather unfortunate issue with a team "leader" who chose to be childish, immature, and petty, we will no longer be patronizing the Sun Prairie Target/Starbucks. The aforementioned team "leader" was upset about an employee leaving and maliciously slandered, demeaned, bullied and harassed a teenager online at her new place of employment. Service there is actually ok, except for a particular manager. This manager got a bit upset about an employee of theirs leaving this job to work at a different one. This manager then proceeded to leave a google review on this employee at their new company, completely and unjustly slandering her. This manager has never set foot inside this establishment. This is an adult who chooses to badmouth a teenage girl because she decides to get a new job? That is so completely unprofessional and this manager needs to grow up. I will never stop at this location...
