I found B&P alterations by searching online, i always need my pants tailored for a quality fit. I brought in three pairs of brand new pants, on pick up i realized one was tailored differently in an odd way and ended up going in ta few days later to ask why there was a difference as i thought it was a mistake that required an ad hoc fix and i would just have them turned into shorts instead. B&P took the time to talk about the alterations and saw it didn't turn out how i expected, they had me find and order the same pair while visiting and made the alterations to match the other two slacks at no cost. It really surprised and stunned me at the level of customer service and genuine care, my initial intention was to just get my money back for the alteration or have them turned into shorts instead. The work is top notch quality and i plan on bringing in additional items for alterations.

B&P absolutely DELIVERED on a custom look I wanted recreated from a reference photo for a concert I attended!! I just brought in the jumpsuit and the additional mesh fabric and they were able to do a quick fitting, pin and mark what needed to be cut and taken in, and then sent me on my way. Several days earlier than planned, the outfit was ready and when I tried it on in the studio, it was actually better than I imagined! Fast forward and I was just able to wear the outfit in the front row at The Eras Tour and the artist who originally wore this outfit spotted me IMMEDIATELY and she repeatedly showed how much she loved my recreation. B&P is absolutely an alteration studio I'd recommend for simple hem jobs up to custom pieces. They are very kind, accommodating, and have great workmanship.
