I was burned by the corporate jewelry store so shopping again for a chain made me hesitant. Mike found me a piece and charged me the weight gold and what the price on 14k was trading at. I saved thousands by shopping with him instead of the other jeweler I’d only ever shopped at. Not only is it a beautiful piece but Mike was so good at working with my budget and finding something in my range. He answered all my questions and concerns and even tested to ease my mind. His courtesy and relational skills were so good. I came back the next day to get the cross I had been eyeing!! Sadly he wasn’t in shop but his staff took care of me just as well!! You will never catch me buying or selling anything in any other jewelry store. There is 3 separate locations in Sawgrass mall but it’s always strait to the main store by Target for me. I’ve dealt with both Mike the owner and his amazing right hand man Chad more times than I can count and it’s always a pleasure. Always honest, friendly, and fair with their prices whether it’s to buy or sell. Worse experience by far. Mike lead me to believe he was giving fair deals, come to find out he was trying to make 5x the profit. Beware to who ever goes to this store do your research and homework before buying gold here. It’s ok to make a few dollars over, but to make 5x over the price of gold is not right.
