If i could give a minus zero star i would. My daughter had a horrifying experience that was witnessed by my 8 year old grandson who has talked about it for 3 hours The supposed owner was very rude, disrespectful and horribly discriminating. My daughter went shopping for some outfits for a photoshoot and was greated by a very pretty, tall and helpful sales lady. She asked my daughter what she was looking for and my daughter explained that it was for a photo shoot. The lady then asked if she was a model and my daughter respnded “yes”. The sales lady started finding outfits for her and was very helpful. All of the sudden another customer walked in and the lady who we now identify as Jackie states “ Now this is what you call a model”. She then proceeded to hurry my dayghter up and went as far as walking into the fitting room when my daughter was undressed. Not once but several times. My daughter was so upset and shaking that she quickly got dressed, told the sales lady what had happened, grabbed my grandson and left. Not before giving her a piece of her mind. Shame on you Jackie Rosenthal, shame on you for your behavior in front of my grandson that thinks your a bad person, shame on you for having some preconceived idea that would make you act so unprofessional and downright disgusting.. we have discussed the events over and ovet and honestly cant understand how any business owner would think that they can treat a customer the way my daughter was treated. In America we dont treat people like that, point blank, Shame shame shame...

This was the absolute worst experience ever! I walked in excited about the variety of clothes. Not having to shop all around a mall. They asked me what I was looking for and I told them I was looking for clothes for a Photoshoot. This very trendy tall skinny lady with blonde hair was helping me. Then another extremely rude older short lady with white highlights and brown hair kept making comments. Her first comments were “oh what are you doing a photo shoot for? She said “your a model?”And I said yes, actually thats exactly what it’s for. So then I continued trying clothes while the sweet lady tried helping me…. another person walked in and the rude lady said said to her other associate that was helping me… “you see now THAT! IS A MODEL” Then as I am changing my clothes to another out fit in their fitting room that also has clothes in there like a closet she walks right in to get the other lady an outfit! Mind you, I am completely NAKED!!!!! She said oh excuse me…and proceeded to walk in and grab an outfit for the other lady. I put my clothes back on and left. Me, as a business owner have NEVER experienced such discrimination from a boutique before. It’s a shame that a boutique so close to home was so discriminatory. I was in SHOCK! Wow…STAY AWAY from this store. People like this do NOT DESERVE...

My mother went there yesterday to inquire about a dress she has seen and she said the lady opened the door for her and closed it right behind her and then she asked about a dress and they lady basically looked at her and said they only carry small sizes in the store.
