Ale Meats has a vast variety of cuts and meats. This is my go to when I need good meats for a bbq since the quality and price and second to none. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly.

On another note... after trying out their chicken empanadas I’ve become a HUGE fan... the empanadas are DELICIOUSLY filled with chunky pieces of meat instead of your average tasteless shredded chicken or beef. These things are an absolute must have I promise you will not be...

Fantastic experience. We went hunting and had taken two hogs. Brought the hog meat cut in quarters in two coolers. Ale took the coolers and made all kinds of great cuts for us. Back strap, Ribs, Chops, cutlets, sausage etc.... We got our meat back the next day packaged nicely and packed back in our coolers with ice. I highly...

Finally found a good quality butcher shop. Ale gives great attention and service. Bought some 100% Grass fed tri-tip and it was fantastic!! He also special ordered me the 100% Grass Fed tenderloins and they are very tasty. My 5yr old son almost left me with no tri-tip, he loved it!! Definitely me new go...
