This place has a lot of potential, but our experience this afternoon was mixed.
Pros: ⢠Admission is very reasonably priced compared to other indoor playgrounds. ⢠The space is large and open, which is great.
Cons: ⢠The main play structure is designed for kids ages 5â12. Since I brought my 1.5- and 3.5-year-olds, they didnât have much to do. The toddler area is small and works for babies and very young toddlers, but once a child is closer to 3, thereâs not much there to hold their attention. It would really help if there were more age-appropriate activities for toddlersâthings like play kitchens, play houses, or pretend-play stations. Right now, it feels like thereâs a big gap between the toddler corner and the main play area. ⢠Safety and supervision were the biggest issues. During our visit, there were a lot of older kids (probably 10â12 years old) playing very rough. They were climbing on top of the play structure, jumping off into the ball pit, throwing balls across the room, and tossing foam blocks and toys down the slide. At one point, I had to ask one of them to stop because he almost hit my baby. ⢠I didnât notice any parents keeping an eye on these kids, and the girl at the front desk wasnât paying attention at all. It gave the impression that no one was monitoring what was going on inside. ⢠Even the toddler area wasnât a safe escapeâolder kids were in there too, making a mess and taking over the space, which left very little for the actual toddlers. It felt chaotic and stressful trying to protect my younger children while they played.
Overall, it didnât feel like a safe environment for small kids, which unfortunately overshadowed the positives. With more active staff supervision, some rules enforced for age-appropriate play, and a few additional toddler-friendly options, this could become a fantastic spot...
Read moreI would post 0 if possible This is a scam place !!!!! I booked my child her 3rd birthday there and 2 days later I changed my mind because it was far to my guest . I couldnât cancel before because it was weekend aswell. They charge me $300 deposit fee( sent through Zelle). When I spoked with the manager he promised that the owner will get back to me since she is on vacation. I was waiting to their call but no one was reaching me back. After asking my bank to dispute the payment, they transfer it to the owner bank. Then the owner asked me to cancel my dispute so he can go head and keep heâs Zelle account active and then he will bring me back my money . I asked from my bank to do so but they never return my money!!!!!!! If youâre thinking of celebrating there just make sure you do want the place because staff and owner clearly are not going to bring you back your money even if it is a couple of hours later. Just stay away from this place!!!!!!!! They will take your money no matter what and will lie to you to get out of it. I would put 0 for...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my first time (and only) experience here. I am new to the area and have been looking for a place to go with my toddler and newborn. I called ahead of time and asked the price and was told $6 on the phone. I drove 25 mins to this place to check it out and it was completely empty. On top of that when I got there the person at the front desk made a mistake and says it was $12 to play. I was hesitant because the place was completely empty....did I really want to pay $12 for my daughter to play by herself. But since I already made the Drive I stayed. After 15 mins I felt that I made the wrong decision. My toddler and I were not happy and ready to go. So I asked for my money back. And she said she couldn't do that. Then I asked can I at least have the $6 back since I was told that was the price. She tried to offer me a 50% coupon on my next visit...I was not coming back.. I get that this is a new business so trying to create guests that want to come back is important but I guess they...
