Vita Nostra Bakery Bistro — Restaurant in Sunrise

It saddens me to write this review, especially for a restaurant with a 4.8-star rating. My wife and I are not picky eaters by any means, but our recent visit was truly disappointing. The skirt steak we ordered was tough—more like chewing on a piece of shoe leather than a properly cooked steak. We respectfully expressed our concerns; however, the manager who was called over the phone by the service girl showed no interest in addressing the issue. Her demeanor was dismissive and indifferent, which further worsened the experience. She made no attempt to resolve the matter or acknowledge our dissatisfaction. We paid the full amount of $74.11 and left the premises. I've eaten in many argentinian rstaurant and never had a sour experience as this one.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. A business is only as good as the people who run it, and in this case, the management is severely lacking. As a business owner myself, I strongly believe that the customer should always be a top priority. Sadly, that principle was clearly missing here.

To the owner: I sincerely hope you take a closer look at how your restaurant is being managed. If you want long-term success, you need to stay on top of your business and ensure your team is delivering the quality and care your customers deserve.

WORST BREAKFAST OF MY LIFE

I am positive that all these “local guides”, 5 star reviews are fake or bought and the rest of the people giving it 5 stars seem to have ordered only the food they don’t make there, empanadas and migas.

I ordered a cafe con leche, Vita Breakfast and French toast with Orange juice.

After 26 MINUTES, I finally got my coffee which was watered down, the bread came and it wasn’t French bread as I was told and the spreads did not include butter. THEY DO NOT HAVE BUTTER AT A Cafe… smh

The French Toast was the worst grub I’ve ever seen and tried in my life. I have no words to explain. Just 2 slices of old bread, tossed inside cold raw milk and with some powered sugar on top.

The orange juice was made with spoiled oranges. I could feel the awful taste of oranges that must’ve been there for weeks.
