I have loved the food at PINCHO ever since their opening in Pembroke Pines several years ago. We have a restaurant close by in Sunrise and that’s where I either dine in or order to-go from. My preference is to dine in but on occasion, I get a craving midday and order on the PINCHO app. Given a couple of my previous experiences with the to-go orders, I decided to call the store with my request, which is not to place the sauce containers inside my bowl with the food, but to leave the containers in the bag with the flatware and napkins. It was raining, around 3 PM and the restaurant was slow with only one customer. I stepped up to the pickup counter and told the young lady my name. My food was sitting on the shelf in the bag and ready. I thanked her, proceeded to look inside the bag and…NO, NOT AGAIN! There they were—not one but two containers of cilantro sauce inside of my bowl and resting on my sweet plantain bits and vaca frita. Then, I notice the sticker that reads: Tamper Safe which I haven’t seen before and led me to believe they were aware of my request and this was the alternative they offered me. I don’t think I’m asking for anything beyond health safety. This should be the simple packing & bagging process: (1) Put the lid on the bowl, (2) Place the bowl inside the bag, (3) Add the sauce container(s), flatware and napkins to the bag; done!

My first time here. I'll be back for sure. Had my first ever "Toston burger." Came out piping hot and fresh. Had the Cajin fries and fried cheese which was also delicious. Side note, As I was writing this I was going to give it 4 stars as it was my first time here. One of my party had an issue with their meal and let the hostess know that her rice was clumpy and vaca frita was cold. Once they left I stayed behind to finish my meal and she came up to me and asked how my meal was. Then she told me that she felt bad about my party member because she was right, they had a new person making the rice and they didn't cook it according to standard, also the warmer was off and they turned it back on. She was on top of the situation when she found out what happened and just that level of effort to make it right gets 5⭐️'s from me. I look forward to my next visit. 🤘🏽

I have been a regular with Pincho's for last couple of years, at Coral Gables, Kendall (SW 88th St), US1 and this one at NW 136th Ave is no different. The food tastes good and fresh, staff is courteous and always smiling, service is usually quick too including busy days. Their secret pink sauce, I just love it! I consider myself lucky to have them around my workplace and home area. Now that I have move to 136th, it would be my 2nd kitchen I guess :) Further update in Jan 2020 - Thanks to Catherine (Cathy), we were offered Veggie patty as a replacement for chicken / shrimp in all bowls on the menu. That was a very welcome gesture and really appreciate the customization. She was super courteous, not just to us but to other customers too. Pincho Factory, you definitely need more Cathys who can help you excel in customer experience.

I had the incredible fortune of experiencing DENAY's exceptional hospitality, and I can honestly say that she went above and beyond all of my expectations! One particular evening stands out in my memory - she surprised me with a delectable smash burger that was cooked to absolute perfection. Every aspect of the meal was carefully thought out, from the precise amount of cheese to the perfectly chosen toppings that satisfied all of my cravings.

What truly impressed me was the level of thoughtfulness and love that DENAY put into preparing that meal. It was a simple gesture, yet it carried so much depth and warmth. It made me feel truly welcomed and embraced, as if I were a part of her own family. DENAY's kindheartedness, generosity, and culinary expertise left a lasting impact on me, creating a cherished memory that I will hold onto forever.

If you are in search of a host who will not only provide exceptional food and hospitality but also make you feel like you belong, then look no further than DENAY. She embodies the true essence of what it means to be a gracious host, and her ability to create lasting connections through her cooking and hospitality is truly something to be admired. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to experience DENAY's incredible hospitality, and I know that anyone who has the pleasure of interacting with her will feel...

I hate to leave a bad a review about a place that was once something totally otherwise. However, this is now the third time I have gone to Pincho within a large time frame and have not only received poor service but have been missing sauces with my order. I decided to pay for two extra sauces today to see If It would make a difference and when I had looked in the bag there was only the 1 that comes with my cajun fry. I had asked the same woman who bagged up my order for my two missing sauces and she started to question me asking me to lift up my items as if she knew she had put them in there when they were not. Then proceeds to finally get me the sauces after going back and forth about it, meanwhile, she barley speaks any English. Had she just grabbed the sauces I may not be writing this, although, It was already past time my order was due. It leads me to also note that my burger was covered in sauce dripping off and extremely soggy and I drove less than 10 minutes back to my house. There was a random piece of cilantro on a burger that doesn’t contain cilantro and a weird residue around the lip of the to go sauce and the lid. I did love the food so I will definitely go again over time but they definitely need some...
