The Peruvian dishes at Embarcadero 41 Sunrise are delicious. I have eaten at Embarcadero 41 three times. However, the service not the food, that we received last night on August 31, 2024 was not good. I was extremely disappointed with the service. A young man treated us first and took our drink order, a few minutes later a very young lady came over and asked us for our drink order and said she would be taking care of us. I ordered a white sangría and my husband a beer along with water. The waitress forgot to bring the water twice. I had to remind her twice. Our tequeños with ají de gallina and olive sauce and guacamole were amazing. I ordered the tuna poke bowl, which he returned to our table and asked whether I wanted it with quinoa or rice, I told her with quinoa. She brought my husbands lomo with tacu-tacu and unfortunately she brought me the poke bowl with rice, which was wrong. When I told her, she was acting as if she sort of didn’t know. I had to remind her, remember you returned specifically to the table and asked me whether I wanted it with quinoa or rice. I ended up watching my husband eat his dinner alone. By the time my poke bowl came out I was eating by myself, as my husband had finished his dinner. It was very dissatisfying that this occurred. We ordered the chirimoya mouse which was great. It was disappointing that she didn’t even think to not charge us for the one dessert given her mistake which threw off our dining in experience. That would of been an appreciated and ya toil gesture. We then proceeded to wait a long time for her to return to our little table which was awkwardly nestled next to the counter with what I believe to be a coffee machine next to my husbands head. At one point a waiter had to reach past my head to grab glasses beside my head. The waitress was I front of us cleaning other tables and left me there with the empty bowl as she ignored us. Then our waitress and 3 other young waitresses began dancing with one another and looking at their cells as I waited for a while to get my plates cleared out and offered dessert. Finally, a young male waiter told us the kitchen would be closing and I had to tell him that we wanted dessert. Dessert was never even offered. You would think they would want to provide great service and upsell. Regardless of the bad service, your food is off the charts. Our hats go off to the chef. The service needs to improve drastically. The other two times we went, it was great. It would be great if you padded pisco sours to your menu. It would also be great if the sangria had fresh fruit, not canned fruit cocktail. Again, this review is with hope service is improved. We will be returning, and hope the service matches the delicious dishes you...

This was our 2nd attempt in a week and luckily this time we got seated in less than 20 minutes! Note to always make reservations for there’s good reason for the long queue: great foods, neat place and friendly service.

Read moreWe love this restaurant until last night. It was the worst service ever, the server (lady) doesn’t know the menu, doesn’t know the difference between a rose wine and a rose sparkling, because when she described the bottle never mention it that it was sparkling, when she arrived with the bottle and started opening I told her that it was sparking she said.. ohh yes is sparkling and continue opening the bottle.. we are like whatever.. what we can do at this point.. And to end the night I asked her to repeat the last spicy salmon roll that I ordered and she sent to the table something completely different a sweet salmon roll, I didn’t order that the last one you came with a torch and now your bring something sweet (lady if you don’t know what was the last thing that I ordered go to your computer and review the check so you can see what it was.. by the way it was only 2 rolls one with octopus and the other one with salmon the rest was ceviches and leche de Tigre). The ceviche used to be good nice portion last night the portion was so small that after 4 decent spoon you finish your dish and you’re paying $17 dollars for this.. the leche de tigre it was only liquid with onions no fish at all.. $150 dollars that when to the trash after this experience... expend your money somewhere else! And management train your servers or your going to continue losing your business. This always happens in Miami/ ft laurdale area when they open a good restaurant they start good and then they get...
