DON’T COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE!
This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had in a restauran. Since chipotle is only letting you order quesadilla online, I ordered through the app and then it instructed me to pay at the counter since they were having trouble with the payments. I wanted a side of barbacoa so I made the line and order my 2 sides of barbacoa. Which by the way, were very small portions served on the smaller cup.
When I approached the cashier I specifically told her “I’m paying for the barbacoa and I also have an online order of a cheese quesadilla which appeared as ready on the app”.
I payed a total of 11.24 dollars. I was waiting on the quesadilla Then I remembered that I needed a side of sour cream and asked her to charge me for that.
Once I was going to pay for the SOUR CREAM, I saw the screen was charging me for 9 dollars and something, so as any rational person would have done, asked her how come a side of sour cream was 9 dollars and then, that’s when she said that she hadn’t charge me for the quesadilla before. That when I asked her, “okay so what were the 11.24 dollars I just payed for” and she just stayed silent and pointed at the screen for me to pay. And i asked her “what was that pointing supposed to mean?”
I asked her again if she could explain to me what were de 11.24 for cause I didn’t know two small sides of barbacoa where that expensive, and that’s when the RUDEST and most DISRESPECTFUL manager came and he didn’t even asked me what had happen or asked me what was my issue (as any manager would have done, cause I have worked at multiple restaurants and learned that) he started to say a bunch of things at me and I told him “can you please let me speak and let you know what is my issue” and he said “no, I am speaking and you can’t come here telling the cashier to explain you something that it’s on the receipt” a many other things and I told him, “I was asking her to explain what were the 11.24 dollars for…” and my situation and he said “well it’s clear on the receipt” and as I was looking for the receipt he pull it out of the bag with my order. I again told him I was just asking her to explain me the charge, that what was the issue with that, I just wanted to know what was the charge for. Also, how come the cashier didn’t checked first that I needed to pay for the quesadilla¿?
Then I just say “you know what, it seems you are not listening to me, I’ll just pay” and he went into the back and started to say many awful things about me out loud so not only the coworkers could hear, but also the other costumers.
I recorded the conversation in voice memos to have proof that I was never mean to him or the cashier and that he was the one being disrespectful while I was just trying to let him know what was my issue. Google is not letting me upload them here.
I also wanted to complain about the unsanitary environment they had at the kitchen, there were gloves, cups, food all over the place, it looked like sanitation is the last concern at this Chipotle. (Picture upload)
Worst experience ever, worst service ever, worst...

EDIT May 12 ,2024 I am honestly very upset about the cleanliness of this location, there is trash everywhere, dirty tables and chairs and the outside... Horrible.
The food here used to be amazing... If you go earlier in the day the food is all fresh and everything is stocked up. But, if you get there during the last two hours... the staff is RUDE they don't pay attention to what they are doing and rip the tortilla, and if you ask them to fix it because you are trying to eat without making a huge mess they roll their eyes, tell you that you will have to pay for the extra tortilla... so because THEY rip it I have to pay to get it done correctly?
Trust me I have worked in customer service and fast food for almost 20 years, I understand that it's a hard job for people who don't want to work, but it is completely unacceptable to act like customers are an inconvenience by having a look of irritation on their face take literally two and a half minutes to put on the gloves while talking about me not needing the queso because of my weight with the other employees because I had asked for the white queso which was empty and she had to get a fresh
I go here quite a bit, but if you do go during the last 2 hours they don't refill ANYTHING and leave the meat out WAY too long where it becomes chewy and tough. I am honestly sad that this location has gone from a place that we came to at least once a week, to a place that the employees have no drive to do what needs to be done while relying on everyone else to do their jobs... This disrespect, lack of work ethics, and horrible attitudes towards customers has been happening consistently and only seems to get worse each time I come. This is not acceptable and if I were a manager I would be watching cameras closely regarding cleanliness and food safety certi6 for every new employee. After being an assistant manager at McDonald's for 3 1/2 years, I know how to tell if things are not fresh and approximately how long they have been out, and hire people who want the job AND will do the work needed without acting like spoiled children who couldn't go out with their friends, give attitude like it is the customer's fault and throw attitude and not even getting the order correct when I am literally pointing and telling you exactly what I want. I didn't have the time to wait for it to be made again and apparently instead of opening a new container for lettuce or cheese because they don't want to deal with it and just tell the customers "Sorry, we are out of these meats and these toppings" which is ridiculous and costs your location a LOT of money when customers are leaving an hour and a half, closer to two hours before closing so they can do their closing routine. Disgraceful that employees feel entitled to be making the decision to let customers and their sales just walk out because they don't want to be...
Read moreTruly BAFFLED by the experience I just had at this chipotle. I went in to order some food and for 1 they were out of almost everything I wanted on my bowl when they close at 11PM it was only 9PM. I then got to the cashier. She rang me up and it came out to $50 when if I order it online it's significantly less (about $15) I asked why it was so much and she mentioned that I asked for extra rice and cheese, but no other location has EVER charged extra for that nor does the app so I asked her if I can just order from the app then because I don't want to pay that extra for no reason. she goes "yea I see what you're trying to do" to where I responded yeah I don't want to pay that so she went and asked someone, maybe manager? not sure but she said it was ok... fast forward to be ordering from the app I selected DOUBLE chicken and steak yet she was over here arguing with me that I didn't to when I just said forget it just give me the food im not trying to be here all night arguing with you on how to properly do your job I'll just pay for it and deal with the extra charges on the app. Well clearly she. didn't like that (obviously because they're scamming people of extra money) and THREW AWAY THE ENTIRE BAG and said "no were going to remake it" then she goes to the back, leaving an entire line of people wanting to pay for their order (one customer bagged his own food and left the money on the table because he didn't want to wait any longer). In the back I overheard her just talking badly about me to at this point I don't even feel comfortable with this location preparing my food I told them to forget the order & to not even make it I just walked out. Terrible service I've never experienced someone act that way towards a customer & I wasn't even being rude to her at all just asked Her a question about the extra charges and she went rabid. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to Tower shops or the mall, they always have all the food and way...
