The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in Sunrise

Omg I cant stress enough how horrible this place is. I finnally thought I found a place that had TOM FORD, BOBBI BROWN, MAC, ESTEE LAUDER amongst other luxury brands (I thought I hit the jackpot like better than sephora) but NOPE. For example the had Bobbi Brown and only 3 or 4 products. Too faced only 2 or 4 products. Clinique only 2 or 4 products. It was so small and I think these items arnt real I BELIEVE with all my heart there duplicates of the real deal. My 95$ tom ford primer came in a cheap weightless bottle that fell apart with a pump that didn't work. My 40$ bobbi brown eye liner felt lemsy cheap and light - once I opened the eye liner was cracked and the product fell off. I dont think this is the "real" make up and theres really nothing in that store to begin with. I wish I could post pictures of this...

I was just there during my recent trip to Sawgrass Mills, selection of items is pretty good. They have various high end cosmetics like Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Mac, Smashbox, Becca, but I feel like the prices are too high, especially if you only need 1 or 2 items and stay below $ 100.00 (above you get 40 % off). I noticed the Bobbi Brown corrector cream is now at $ 22.50, that's the price I get in Germany if the stuff is on sale. The Becca C-Pop Highlighter liquid is $ 30.90 I believe, I just bought it at T.J. Maxx for $ 4.99. I think for a outlet cosmetics store the prices should be more affordable and I noticed the store was empty. Maybe that's one reason? Such as bad experience buying in this particular store location. I've been in this location twice buying Tom Ford beauty cosmetics. Both times manager Cheryl (or Sharyl) treated me like she was doing me a favor. She was rude, nasty and unprofessional. No respect and appreciation at all. Seems like she never put customers first. This is not how a manager should treat their customers, especially during these difficult economic times when every customer is very important. Second time I had to leave without any purchase as I don't want being treated that way. When customers spend their money they want to be treated with respect. They want to feel valued. Unfortunately, with this poor type of customer service this store probably will not gonna last at this location. Business cannot exist...
