My family attended a birthday party here yesterday. Multiple children in our party reported to the adults that a little boy was throwing balls at their face and harassing them. I decided to stay close by the children while they continued to play. Then children outside of our party that were just patronizing the facility, told me not to go down the enclosed slide because a little boy was inside yelling at the children and scarring them. My 5 year old daughter said that she was scared. So I decided to go down with her while holding my 10 month old baby. Sure enough the kid starts yelling at her and blocking her from going down the slide. She covered her ears, started crying and saying “please stop, I don’t like that”. I was at the top of the slide and couldn’t get down fast enough before she tried to climb back up, screaming and crying. I should have went first but I was moving too slow with my baby. Once I got through, the boy started screaming at me to scare me. He saw that I was a grown up and immediately went down the slide and took off. The kids all knew which boy it was displaying these behaviors. After reporting it to the manager Dan, he stated that he told the boy that the behavior was not allowed. I said respectfully, please find his parents and inform them as they may be unaware of his behavior. Dan said “well there are no cameras inside the slide, so I don’t know what happened”. As if I didn’t just inform him of what occurred. Anyway, my daughter continued to cry about it and we eventually left. She kept saying that she was scared. I asked the workers for a manger above Dan that I could speak to. They said it was Mike and that they couldn’t give me any more information and that I needed to go online. Ok. We won’t be back and I guess this review is all that we can do. Sad. We took this photo right before going down the slide. That little boy and his parents should have been asked to leave. Unfortunately our time was cut because Dan didn’t take our safety concerns seriously regarding inappropriate behavior and conduct. He could have at least attempted to inform the parents and gave them a warning. He said that he told the boy to cut it out an that he’s gone monitor him as if he’s the boys Father. Just weird and unprofessional. UPDATE to the owners response. You don’t care about our distress. You saw our distress and did nothing. What’s the point of this generic response when you could have prioritized our safety to ensure an enjoyable experience and you literally chose not too. I understand that you naturally don’t care and give this same response to every complaint. There is no team to give my feedback to as this was completely mishandled by the manager. Stop with the generic responses. It’s weirder than the actual incident and we both know you don’t care.

Oof this place just gets worse it's ran by a bunch of teenagers so it's not their fault but management is non-existent. It takes nearly an hour to get in the door on a busy day or holiday so they are likely losing potential income especially with memberships lapsing. Then the food line is horrendous (picture attached). There is normally 2-3 people standing in the kitchen talking while 1-2 newer employees navigate and request 1 order at a time. We come 2-3 times a month and I can't say I've seen the same people working any visit since last summer . Back to the cafe... It's hard to watch with such a a simple menu. I come here because my kids love it but I'm looking forward to them getting tired of it by springs... if you can - avoid avoid avoid. Btw tickets in advance and membership does not save time at entry!

My daughter loves to go to Urban Air! We spend hours trying out different activities that they have. There is really something for everyone! Even massage chairs for parents! We had a gift card and they were very helpful in explaining to us what came with that package! The pizza was amazing! My son has a food sensitivity and won’t try foods outside his usual. He devoured the pizza and would’ve eaten more. The staff was very sensitive to the fears and needs of the children especially when it came to high activities like zip lines and other kinds of raised up activities. They even have VR games to try. This is a place for the entire family!

Sucks to say that I will never bring my son back to this place after what happened Sunday on the 9th! My family reunion was over the weekend and it's sad that I told my family they would enjoy Urban Air Jumping park! When we arrived not only was there one worker she was young and didn't know what she was doing so we spent alot of time in line and wasted the kids play time....My cousin son was pushed by a caucasian girl and he is only 2yrs old she was very rude and mean to him and made him cry Incident (1) We proceed to order food and let the kids play! My cousin older son runs and tells me that this Older Caucasian gal calls him Jamal everytime he walked past her and she kept laughing at him! Incident (2) MY SON then comes up and tells me that the SAME gal keeps calling him Chris and laughing at him! I tell the boys let it go because certain ppl aren't happy with their lives and they want to make others unhappy! Me and my cousin go to check on the food and BAM They serve us undone chicken wings which not one but 3 employees agreed the weren't cooked and we waited so long for a new order of wings when we got them they were very salty ! When we get back to the table we are disgusted and ready to leave, and as we were leaving this same Caucasian chick decides to call my son MARTIN LUTHER KING which I found was very racist and disturbing ! I could have handle matters so much worse but Im a Mother first! I said what I had to say to the Gal and then talked to the Manager! He gave us FREE PASSES but I dont want them nor does my cousin from out of town!!!! The place was nasty as usual tables weren't wiped off little girls running into the mens restroom little to no supervision at this location ! This was my second time coming here and again it was horrible! The first time I came with an Aunt and they were literally letting all the Caucasian kids jump all the African American kids in line SMH! Action will be taken against this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone else I know ! My son now has to take therapy bc of those disturbing things that were said to him because he is only 10 trying to figure out why he was treated the way he was treated ! As he is already short for his age so he has a complex Im very UPSET And I HATE BULLIES that gal should be banned and never be allowed around anyone else children!!! I have a video of the Gal not of the chicken Wings But I know Urban Air has Cameras and I know how the system works! Again I was embarrassed and disturbed and my Family from out of town was as well because they came in town for a good time and got just the opposite! PEACE...

A Christmas Time PSA for parents... So this year, we decided to buy into a "Christmas offer" with Urban Air Adventure Parks for a 6 month membership to "gift" the kids at Christmas time. They were not cheap but thought that we go there enough that we would definitely make it worth our investment. I DID take the time to read most of the "fine print"... and didn't see anything that would make me believe that it wasn't a good deal. Well... after I purchased, it gave me the date that our membership would expire... 6 months from the date of purchase. When I called to question this, they gave me the run around and quoted some of the "fine print" that did not even pertain to my purchase. They marketed this promotion around black Friday to give the "gift" assuming for the holidays, but the 6 month membership actually goes down to a little under 5 months by the time the kids will receive their "gift". I called the company twice, was told I would receive a call back from a manager which I never did. Received an email again quoting a membership that I didn't purchase. When I corrected them, they came back with "Sorry, all sales are final". I said that ok, I don't want my money back- just please make the start date of the membership 12/25. Again was denied. I then asked for a member of management to CALL ME and left my phone number. Got an EMAIL from "Jason" that has a manager signature stating "We have provided all options available to fulfill your request. As the prepaid membership does not specify a later start date all memberships unless otherwise stated start immediately". This is a clear BAIT AND SWITCH and is just wrong to do in general especially in a world that Christmas is more expensive than ever. I have asked for the membership to start on 12/25 as well as for my money back and have been denied each time while they tried to say that "we care about our customers and want to provide the best service possible" I just wanted to shed some light on the shady sales tactics so maybe I can save someone else from the headache (maybe buy closer to Christmas). We have spent thousands of dollars at this place and due to their very appalling customer service practices, we will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone else. Such a shame because the kids enjoyed it there. Hopefully this doesn't happen to...
