Read moreThis store has mad me and my friends infuriated multiple times. Summary at the bottom. (Note - My family loves milk tea)
1-I ask for a HOT milk tea, but they charged me with the COLD milk tea (which is more expensive). I noticed and told the cashier "you put it in as a cold, could you please change it". The cashier proceeds to say "You said you wanted it cold". I explained and later another person behind the cashier give her cash back. I should have recieved 1.06 but he gave me 1 dollar without saying sorry and mad at me for his own mistake.
2-My son went to the store by himself, ask for a LARGE milk tea, and was given a small. He went up to the cashier (different person from story 1) asked if he could get a large but got yelled at for asking. He proceeded to ask again but got yelled at again. He just left angry and on the vurge of cursing out the cashier for her actions
3-Today I went ask for a LARGE milk tea, the same cashier from story 1 put it in as a SMALL but still made it the same price of a LARGE. I pointed out his mistake and he changed it (remember this). When the order came out I was given a LUKE WARM SMALL milk tea. I pointed this out and he said "you said you wantwd a small". I showed him the receipt and he changed it to a LUKE WARM LARGE milk tea.
All of the drinks that were given to me were not filled all the way which would be fine if it was actually more than 3/4 of the cup...
Summary- Cashiers were all terrible to my family, got many orders wrong, and got mad at me for...

I am sad to see the booths go because I think it was a really big focal point for them. However, I think their new seating is very comfortable. There are also a variety of seating types so people who are there to chat can be comfortable and those who are there to do work can also be comfortable. I wouldn’t say there’s a lot of space for a very large group, but there’s variety in table sizes. There are lots of outlets placed around the cafe so it gives a lot of options.
Their bread selection is very good and they’ve added a variety of drinks, pastries, and other items to their menu.
Old review: Recently, they’ve added outlets to every booth which is SO nice since I usually like going to cafes to do homework and study. They use to only have outlets in 1-2 spots, so that’s a great upgrade.
The coffee is great in my opinion, but i’m no coffee fanatic. Personally, I don’t love their bread selection the way I used to. However, I don’t ever go early in the morning, so that may be why? The cakes are always a hit though.
Overall, one of my...
