I use to love this place literally would drive 45 minutes and pass several places that sells Pho to come here but within this year this place has fell downhill. They are always out of EVERYTHING meat sauce srirache it's ridiculous. Then you have to call yo make sure they have basic things because if you order your food they will not tell you we are out of Sriracha then when you ask for some they'll tell you it's 20 dollars a bottle to expensive for us to order and tell you they have it in the store or excuse me since they have now moved that you can drink to the market to get some. LIKE EXCUSE ME‼️‼️ I just bought Pho and expect to get the sauce to go with it for free not inconvenience myself and pay additional for something you should have as a condiment. Then if you ask for additional sauce when they have it they say oh most people only use one on a JUMBO TUB of Pho. Well guess what most people I know use at least 2-3 packets on a jumbo size of Pho and again WHY ARE WE HAVING THIS CONVERSATION after I just paid you for food and sauces that come with my order and if you didn't have it as a item that is always requested you should let people know you are out and in a humble and kind way. THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And the taste of the pho is not the same and not as fresh as it use to be. It was disgusting. I threw it away. I see now why you have a 4.5 rating and it's dropping.fast. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO CHEAP TO BUT ESSENTIAL ITEMS AND THEN TRY TO INCONVENIENCE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR THINGS YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE AND THE FOOD IS NASTY AND NOT FRESH. They sometimes don't have bean sprouts and cilantro it's ridiculous. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY I found a wonderful Pho spot in Alpharetta called GAO FRESH NOODLES that honestly the pho is exceptionally better, the customer is outstanding, they give you all the condiments you need and much more, they are never out of products they should have as restaurant facility and they are a 4.8 people love them and I see why. Look them up and read the reviews you'll see and the reviews are true the pho is mouthwatering good. PHO 24 MAKE SURE YOU LOOK THEM UP AND TAKE NOTES!! I will recommend this place to all my pho lovers and warn them about Pho 24 STAY AWAY. Just close down if you can't afford items that you should have on a daily. And get a better attitude especially when it comes the restaurant business. This is Georgia competition is right...
Read moreTo be honest, didn't really know what to expect when I saw a pho restaurant in the food court of a Korean supermarket.
First thing that struck me was the variety in the menu. They have a lot of options and not just limited to just pho. They have other Vietnamese dishes as well like banh mi, hu tieu, and even staples like avocado shakes to name a few. All reasonably priced as well.
It's pretty straightforward when it comes to ordering here. You walk up to the counter and order. When it's ready they will call you to come over to pick it up. When you're done, just return your tray and dishes to the counter.
The food here isn't half bad. The broth has some flavor to it and portion wise not too bad. It will definitely leave you satisfied. When it comes to pho or any kind of Vietnamese food, it's really based on the taste and preference of the person who is consuming it. I thought it was decent but others may disagree.
Regardless though, the place is located conveniently and it's one of the only pho place in the area. For the price and portion it's not bad. Plan on definitely exploring a bit more...
Read moreI've been here twice now and two times I was blown away, I still can't believe a place that puts so much emphasis on fresh well done food is in an HMART food court.
The pho has been flavorful, aromatic, and served with fresh vegetable sides every time. The banh mi is delicious, had fresh vegetables, and had a good amount of meat.
However the crab puffs and vermicelli are absolutely my favorite, they serve vermicelli with this gorgeous garlic/chili paste hot sauce which pairs perfectly with the fresh crisp veggies, cool noodles, and nuk mam. The crab puffs are crunchy, light, oil free, and delightfully stuffed, a must try! Every single time we make a run for groceries we eat here, and I don't see that changing in the future.
Honestly this place could easily occupy in restaurant building, slap down some fancy decorations and add 4-5 dollars onto anything they serve, but they don't and that is the magic. It's real food, by real people, who are really passionate about it, and changing anything would...
