Unfortunately due to recent economic events, I realized I was struggling to make ends meet and keep my head above water. After looking at the cost of my current phone plan, I decided 2023 I would need to make adjustments. I decided to stop into a few different carriers to check to see if any money could be saved with new promotions and things alike. I was getting very frustrated and upset with poor customer service from many different people at Verizon and AT&T where I felt I was bothering the staff since they were on their cell phone barely making eye contact. And then it happened... I talked to Alex and AE Zach and I was AMAZED. They were so helpful in explaining the different phones and promotions T-Mobile had to offer. I made the switch!!! I decided to leave Verizon after 12 years of service and join T-Mobile after seeing how much better the coverage is in my area. WHO KNEW!?! Immediately after I left the store, I called a few of my family members who have Verizon and told them they NEED to talk to Alex and AE Zach to make the switch. I have very bad anxiety and suffer from many mental health problems everyday and most days I sit in bed and want to die but I KNOW that 2023 is my year and making the change to T-Mobile is just the beginning for me!!! New update, the store manager reached out to me the morning after this original post. We discussed the issues I had with changing over to T-Mobile and the promises not kept and I was told to supply some information on the billing and he would try to satisfy what I was told prior to signing on. I will keep everyone posted on what happens. He did make me feel a bit better by actually reaching back out to me let's see what happens.
Warning go somewhere else. 4 hours to switch over 3 phones, I was told they would cover remaining balance on our current phone's "Lies". I must be getting old starting to trust people. Had to port my wife's phone because there port didn't work. $700 in phone charges from Old carrier that T-Mobile didn't cover. Read moreThis store like many have very unprofessional staff, stopped in due to an issue with home delivery and the so called wanna be manager was un helpful and failed to resolve the issue, nor seem to hear my concerns over a smart watch which never got delivered. T-mobile needs to better review the staff for better customer service, the staff plays on their phones more than take care of customers. I visited a second location and prior to walking in one if the staff members was sitting on the counter, and the other member was on his phone.
