Premier Furniture Rental of Harrisburg Pennsylvania gave Excellent Customer Service. February 17th I spoke to Mike about getting furniture. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was able to get approved in less than two hours and didn't even have to go in store!! Mike sent me photos of different furniture prices etc. It was awesome. And all delivered February 19th. And the delivery men were very kind and patient with me as to where to situate furniture etc. Mike gave Excellent Customer Service and Support on the phone and online. Kudos to you all!!! 👏 👌...

HORRIBLE.!!! This location had did a unauthorized transaction of over 200.00 on my credit card. I had paid a friends furniture a couple of times, well evidently they kept my credit card on file whenever he did not pay. I guess he was late on his payments and they decided to charge my credit card without my permission and did not even call me to say they charge my credit card. Which is illegal.! They are unprofessional.! They will try to pick up your furniture before you are even due to make a payment.! I will most definitely not recommend anybody coming here.! Go to...

I don't know what kind of experience other people have had but I have had a most amazing relationship with the guys from the Harrisburg store. Been a customer for over five years. Every time we finish and pay off one item we leave with another. NEVER felt the pressure to buy anything and even if you are struggling they will find any and all ways to work with you and what you can afford. I will ALWAYS recommend to anyone that asks me.
