This Pizza Hut location should just close down! Very upset with the customer service and quality of pizza. I’m from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and we don’t have a Pizza Hut super close, so we were so excited to try it. Sad we even wasted our time with it. The crust was some weird no flavoring pale colored crust. Literally no taste, not pan tossed either. Cold basically. It wasn’t cut properly so he sliced ripped trying to take apart.
We asked for delivery, after we made it 15 minutes past said delivery time I decided to call for a status check. We had to sit on hold for 17 minutes after that, just to be told we weren’t calling the store but the customer service line that takes the overflow of calls…….
I decided to just drive there, even more disappointed when I arrived. There was a drive through so I went through that, an African American man came to the window in pajama pants and his underwear showing(disgusting). I asked did he have an order for inserts name. He sends I’m assuming the manager. He digs around in the oven and comes back with my order. I ask “if I didn’t drive here, would my order have been delivered to me?” He asked did I order through Door Dash, I did not. I told him I ordered through the website, he said oh we don’t order delivery just door dash. I said well how are customers to know that if it’s not stated on the website???? Just highly disappointed! We ordered food 9:39 and didn’t receive it until a little over an hour later. I personally wanted something else but when kids want Pizza Hut you keep the peace and just get it. Read moreThis place has HORRIBLE service! Pre-ordered online and even set a carry-out pick-up for a later time. I show up, and not only is my order not ready, it's just started cooking!?!? Not to mention a line of people waiting for orders inside, and a line of cars outside at the pick-up window! Cashier had a really nice blend of incompetence and apathy, perfect for the job! (sarcasm intended) I nearly lost my composure when my change was given to me. I did something this young cashier must not deal with much... I gave her... CASH!!!! A $20 bill to be exact. And you know what? She shorted me a whole DOLLAR! I can see getting the coins wrong, but not being able to count to 6 is just sad. And what's worse, is the register tells her the change due! So either she can't read, or can't count? To make the situation even more agonizing, another employee was sort of helping, but mostly just standing around. Either help with the rush of people, or go make yourself useful somehwere else!! I won't ever go back to this place! I have zero patience with this type of "service". When a business offers certain conveniences to it's customers, e.g. ordering online... it becomes pointless if that company's employees sabotage that convenience! Read moreThe customer service is beyond unprofessional. The night manager Jessica is highly disrespectful to customers, including myself. Customer wanted to cancel her order due to the store being over packed and crowded and Jessica started yelling at the customer and as well as the other customers stating she’ll call their names when the order is ready. Her daughter sat in the back on her phone doing absolutely nothing. I was ignored for over 20 mins to then be yelled at in front of everyone. Jessica worries more about gossiping about her coworkers instead of doing her job or spends her time outside smoking despite how busy the store is. A customers pizza was ready but she toke over 15 mins just to cut it and hand it to the customer. Another customer was served his chicken not bagged up and if you had the wings, you know the sauce gets every where. It was as though she wanted to throw it at the gentleman and when he asked about his dipping sauces, she ignored him. I will be filling an official report with cooperate.
