Anthropologie — Local services in Sycamore Township

I had received two super expensive shirts that my mom had gotten for me, and I honestly didn't like them but the one was $168 and the other was a little bit less.. Well I decided that I would return them, get an in store credit so that way I could get something that I DID like considering the amount.. But first they lied to me and told me that their system was down.. Told me to call later after I already drove almost a half hour to the store, the ONLY store around the area,.. I call and they tell me that they would need to see what I'm Trying to return first, so I called and spoke 28th corporate and they let me know that the system was NOT down, and that they don't have to see the items at all.. They are to do a return no matter what, no questions asked.. Even if what I was returning was from 33 years ago it would NOT matter.. So needless to say after 3 days of being treated horribly by almost every single person in the store, the district manager FINALLY called me and told me that I could bring my things in and return them with no issue.. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible.. I was treated badly as soon as I walked in and it was just them being judgemental considering It's an uppity store, and I don't have unlimited amounts of money like a majority of the people that come in there have money... This place is pretty big, and has a wide range of items. From clothing to home decor to kitchen stuff, they have it all. The prices are high and from a realistic perspective - sure MOST items in the store are not actually worth what they are being sold at BUT it is one of those stores where you are paying for the name. For me personally, it's not a store I would often shop at, but it is still worth going once a year to find a few treasures. I purchased some bowls, plates and cups that are cottage core theme and they were actually decently priced at $16-$18 a piece. I just fell in love with the design because I have yet to of found that anywhere else. So I was happy to have found those. They have some super luxurious blankets ($130) and perfectly sized cross body bags ($58) and for me those are reasonable prices. They do seem nicely made and good quality so they may last a long time. It's a store that's not for everyone but I do believe anyone can find some kind of special treasure and be satisfied with it....

Kenzie (the lady who helped me at the dressing room), was super sweet! She was super attentive & so nice! I honestly was having a bad day & she flipped it upside down just by how helpful & thoughtful she was. She asked me how my day was, made sure I liked everything I tried on & if I didn't, she would ask if there's anything I needed whether it be a different size or whatever. I came back to watch my friend try on some pieces as well & she was so nice to every customer she came into contact with & was very on top of cleaning every dressing stall immediately after someone was done using it.
