Edit: The employees were very kind. One woman asked me if it'd be helpful to start a fitting room once I picked an item from the rack. Another woman, upon check out, let me know that I was just under the total to be able to utilize a great deal happening the weekend that I visited. She then very kindly gave me some time to pick out more items, and updated my email / phone number on file.

I have not shopped at WHBM in quite some time, but it was a really pleasant experience and all the people working there were so friendly. I just came out of this place and the workers have the coldest attitudes. I walked in and the Indian and black women that worked there look at me as if why am I walking in. They didn't greet me or say anything. I'm a big fan of the store. The staff is very attentive and if you make an appointment they will have everything waiting 3 year. The selection is probably better than at the other stores because it is in Kenwood mall come up so that is nice.
