Do not use them for PSA card grading, the employees will lie to you and tell you your cards have arrived at PSA while the app tells you it's still in transit. They will then say "but we told you there is a 60 day turnaround time" but not acknowledged that your cards have been in "shipping to PSA" status for almost a month. They will just blame it on the app and say it sucks and that PSA is backed up. Spoke to Dustin and he told us that his manager didn't actually send the cards when my app updated and that he did it and that he can see our cards had arrived then 2 weeks after the app still shows shipping to psa we call back again and we're told their systems show it's still in transit. Which means we were lied to. When we asked for contact info for the district manager we were told we'd get a call back then the manager called us back 10 mins later and said the district manager had said for us to call customer service because he doesn't handle PSA issues. This to me shows they don't care about their customers or their experience.
