Ordered a Crafthouse by Fortessa Cocktail Smoking Box online on December 1st. Originally notified of a December 19th delivery date. They pushed back the delivery date repeatedly. I called several times when delivery dates came and went and was repeatedly told a large shipment of product was “just about to arrive” and I would receive my product ASAP. After at least 6 revised delivery dates, my wife found the same product at Dillards online. Dillards sent me the product 4 days after it was ordered and it cost approximately $50 less than W&S. Canceled my order today from W&S after yet another promised delivery date came and went with no product.
Really disappointing that a store with the reputation of W&S would quote me repeated delivery dates with no plan or intention to honor their them. Will never buy anything online from them and would warn others to be very cautious if you need anything delivered with an impending...

Called customer service and said that they could not send just the part and that I would have to return the whole thing. Unsatisfied with the answer I told them I would return the entire grill for a refund. They indicated that the refund would be issued within 3 to 5 business days after they received the return. Nearly 2 weeks after I had confirmation that they received the return I still had no refund. I called and they indicated that the refund had been issued 1 day ago and it would take up to a week to show in my account due to their processing time which means that it will have taken nearly 3 weeks to get a refund.
Horrible customer service in providing an incomplete product and providing inaccurate / false information on the return and refund. Recommend...

I purchased a sale "floor model" Moccamaster that was advertised as an additional 20% off on sale items on the shelf, I get to the register and she claimed it wasn't as it was a manual markdown and that the machine had never been used. I live an hour away from the store, I get home and notice coffee marks inside the carafe, no big deal, I rinse it out and then notice that the carafe is actually broken. I contact the store, the associate takes my phone number and says the manager (she was the one who sold me the machine) will contact me and that never happened. Very dissatisfied with my experience and the WS brand. I expect more from a luxury...
