Two weeks ago I went shopping. I buy a couple of things including some clothing. Back at home I put everything away from the shopping bag and throw away the receipt. The Monday after when I tried to wear one the new jacket I noticed they forgot to take out the security thing. I get upset, but decided to stop by store so they can help me. The Wednesday after I took the jacket to the store. Before I enter to the store, I let a couple of employees what happened so they know I brought the piece from home. At the register the cashier ask for the receipt, I told her I didn’t have, I wasn’t expecting to return anything. She call the manager. The manager asked for the receipt and I explain again I didn’t have it. The manager told me they can’t help me, because I didn’t have any prove of purchase. At this point I get really angry, and I told him, day, hour, register everything that I purchased, I finished crying because I don’t have money to loose. After I get to this point of frustration the manager asked me if I paid with a credit card. I said yes. Just at this point he told me he can get the receipt. And of course he find it, and they help me.
But I will never understand why he didn’t ask if I paid with a credit card at front. He made me feel like I was a shop lifters. I wonder if my big Latin accent stop to ask me about the way I paid, so he decided to take the route of accusing me. I know I still feel bad I don’t believe I would ever shop there again. Read moreIncredibly rude manager and unhygienic as hell!! I recently went into this store with some friends to look around, as we normally do at other locations. As I was looking at makeup products, I fell in love with a set of eyeshadows that was unfortunately opened and swatched (touched by consumers). I loved the colors so much that I decided to give it a shot, but reasonably, asked for a discount because I don't find it reasonable to pay full price for a TAMPERED product. Unfortunately, the woman, who I believe to be a manager at this location, seemed incredibly hostile at the thought of offering a discount on an open product (that has been touched by god knows who). She was incredibly rude and had a very careless attitude, as I tried to be very calm and kind throughout this entire interaction. She spoke loudly and bitterly, as if the thought of even asking for a discount was a crime. As she raised her voice and adopted such a tone, I left all the items I was going to purchase at the counter and left the store, and will not be returning my business to this location. Why? Because I watched as this woman packed this OPEN product back in its original packaging to look "new" and to then be sold at full price -- all while telling me "it was up to me" whether I was the one to purchase this touched product. Read moreThis store is enormous and I will typically spend 2 to 3 hours walking through there and checking out everything. I've bought and designer bags from here and jewelry. I've gotten clothes from there. Great Choice for the kids and house decorations for Halloween. (That's my favorite.) They have a pretty good size Men's section which they don't have everywhere else. So you have to check out the store. It's great and the staff are pretty friendly and you know I have never walked through that store and had a bad experiences with other shoppers. They are friendly. They are kind they talk to you if they want something or need something or need an opinion, which I like that because that's how I am so. It's wonderful. One negative they move the purses on the upstairs. Part of the store and the the aisles are very narrow and it is a very tight. Squeeze with just you and your cart. But there is a column which makes sense. Because you know they have to put sport columns and big rooms like that and I get it. But is right in the middle of a very narrow personnel. So when you push through you pinch your fingers and your literally in the bags and pushing your way through or you have to go all the way around. I don't to see that other side. So that is my only negative right now. I hope they switch...
