First I want to start by thanking David and his staff. I had my debit card shut off due to fraud alert and his staff was very patient with me as I dealt with my bank! Second DAVID helped me wrap my wife’s AirPods! Everyone is the store was completely friendly. I even witnessed his staff being confronted by unhappy customers who claimed they had coupons but could not present them. They politely asked the individual to call customer service to reissue coupons which the customer refused to do. I give these workers at Staples credit for sticking to their procedures and helping customers to their abilities. Too many keyboard warriors out there willing to shame people instead of asking for help or actually addressing the situation. The people at the Kenwood staples are beyond helpful and I will continue to shop there and recommend anyone with office/ electronic needs to this location!...
Read moreSo I am a manager of a retail store. I know how customer service works. Even if a customer comes in 5 minutes before close you are to help them even if that means staying late. Apparently not at this location. I had been working 8 to 8 for 5 days in a row and had a VERY important meeting the next day that I needed copies laminated for. I call this location at 8:15 and ask if I email them what I needed printed right then if they could do it and I’d be there before close to get it and they refused. I sent my boyfriend up there to ask them in person this was maybe 8:22 they still refused. They sent them over to fed ex saying maybe they’d be willing to stay late for him. Worst customer service I have ever received from anyone ever. I called the corporate office and plan to make a stop in to the store to talk to the general manager about this...
Read moreI always receive excellent customer service at this store! Yesterday (9/14/25) I went in to see if anyone could help me with a memory card I had purchased the day earlier for my camera. I couldn't get it to read. Just so happened that one clerk had previously worked in a camera store and immediately knew what the problem was--the card I purchased wasn't formatted correctly for my camera, which is 15 years old. Another clerk, I didn't get his name, but on my receipt his employee number is 3029419, was very techy and tried to find a card that would work. Unfortunately because my camera is old, none of the cards worked, but he was great in giving me wonderful work-arounds. Both clerks were knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me!
