One of the worst customer experience from the manager ! I asked a her a question about how the pajamas fit and it was as if I was bothering her. I then went to the fitting room to try on a bra. Yes I had underwear and the then two pajama sets in my hand. Obviously I wasn’t going to try on the underwear but the manager then came back to open a room for me and took the pajamas out of my hand saying “we don’t open those.” I replied “oh yeah I wasn’t going to try them on just wanted to buy them.” She continued to repeat herself and said she’ll give to me when I’m done in a rude tone. She let me in the fitting room and grabbed the door out my hand trying to shut it replying “we shut the doors.” I then felt confused from her actions, taking the items out of my hands, and her rude tone. So I asked if she was okay and what was bothering her because I felt uncomfortable by her presence. She said “you give me a weird vibe.” Which was so wrong, I didn’t cross her path except asking about a pajama sizing and smiling at her. I felt that this comment was extremely wrong. I shut the door on her after her rude comment and she kept saying I was an issue and the reason she was being rude was because of “her being short staffed.” I’ve worked in retail so I totally understand but the lack of respect and composure was insane. I can confidently say… I have NEVER personally dealt with an employee being rude to me.. today it happened and it was a first for me (im almost 40 years old). The employee at the cash register incredibly rude…. And when I asked her why she was being so rude… (and I NEVER speak up like that) She then proceeded to argue with me… not only arguing saying she wasn’t being rude but she was YELLING it at me. I was shocked that anyone would act this way especially while they were working. All in front of other costumers and employees. It shocked me that she was rude from the beginning of our interaction and then continued to be combative and rude. When I first asked her why she felt the need to be so rude… if she really wasn’t being rude to me… it would of been as simple as “oh I’m so sorry I didn’t not mean for you to think I was being rude” OR “I’m sorry that I was rude to you I didn’t mean to come off that way” a simple apology would of done it… I almost felt like this lady just wanted to argue and be mean. We went into the store in hopes of getting 5 for $30 underwear and we were greeted by nosy workers who were 100% not there to help us. They were the most rude employees I have ever encountered. We began searching for items and one of the employees stated to my friend "ok well if you could not mess that up I just organized that drawer". The whole point of shopping is to search through items to find what you please. I would avoid this store at all costs it is not worth it to deal with such rude employees they lost a lot of sales that day because their horrible attitudes turned us away from even wanting to be in the store. The workers need to mind their own business and help when needed. Do not interfere and tell us to not mess up her work?...
