i went here for black friday shopping because hollister used to be one of my favorite stores. i walk in, looked around for a bit, and went to walk out and stepped on a needle from a sensor just laying on the ground. it went through the shoe into my foot and i immediately asked for a manager and she asked if she could get me a bandaid and walked away as i was in tears from pain. her excuse was that "people are popping off security tags and she couldn't do anything about it" when i had just seen her employee doing tag and security tags in the exact same area. the situation was handled extremely poorly and my last words to her was check your floor. no one goes into a store with the intentions of getting a giant needle sunken into your foot. not walking in there again anytime soon. i am now worried about small children with the way there was multiple needles face up all over the floor. use caution when walking...

He selected some clothing and when we checked out, it rang up for the ticketed price. I pointed out that they should ring up for an additional 30% off, but was told that was only for girls clothing, even though the signs were in the boys section as well. I didn't have time to argue about it, so I paid the bill and left. I called the number on my receipt and requested a return phone call from the store manager. The return phone call never happened, so I called again after a week had gone by. He picked out sweatpants, but the last size left that he wears had a noticeable hole in them before purchasing. I was still interested in getting them (possibly at a discounted price because they are DAMAGED), but the employee wouldn’t allow me to purchase them at a discounted price so I had to order them online instead. Aside from that, the employees there did not have the upmost respect for their supervisor or other customers. I witnessed a shift lead ask them to “disperse” since all the employees there were standing behind the counter talking to each other. They did not disperse.
