9/30/20 I came inside at 1:50 to place an order, after telling James I wanted my order to be cooked fresh I was told I would have to wait 40 minutes. I have previously worked at multiple different fast food locations and have never had a 40 minute wait. I didn't argue with the cashier and said that's fine, paid ($30 big order) and left(can't wait in the lobby sue to covid). Come back 40 minutes later and am being told to wait another 10. No Company in the US drains ALL their friers at once, everz but this is what I am being told, as clients are in and out none stop, right after lunch rush, I'm sure this can be confirmed, I tell the cashier ok, I'll wait no problem. He tries to push for the sale of at least half of the order to be from the warmer as they don't have enough prepared (this is now 50 minutes after I paid for my food) and I tell him no thank you, 90% of the order is for my grandparents and they only eat KFC or anything else fresh out of the over, and not that dried out drum stick that you can drive nails into the wall with. In the end my order took a little over an hour to make, but... I get to my grandparents house, and find out that Chicken strips were from the warmer, and they are easily over an hour, hour and a half old. I swear they are dried out crisps, room temperature junk.(my grandparents live about 6 minutes from this location) I'll never recommend KFC to anyone, specially this location after this visit. I am posting time stamp on top for corporate to review, I will provide the receipt to verify my story, the camera can do the rest. Sorry but after 17 years of coming to this place they just lost me client to a competitor just down the street. This is not my first time waiting for a fresh order here, but this... This is absurd. KFC, it's franchises like this one that end up costing you millions in revenue, because your chicken is the best, but the service received was absolute trash. Read the other reviews if you think...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. Dead silence, only a "I'll be with you in a moment" then 10 minutes of silence. There are FOUR cars behind me and a car ar the window. Car at the window FINALLY leaves, so I decided to pull up to see what was going on and no one is there. I called and its busy signal each time. I pull around to go in, there are more people on the inside waiting to be served than there are workers. Once im able to get to the counter (mind you its going on 15-17mins now) the manager starts to finally take orders from the drive thru. I tried to state that I just came from the drive thru and was technically next but since it took so long I came in, I was ignored and told I had to wait. So I left. They had 4 workers. No food, and its clear the ones who were there didnt know what to do. At this point...just close. If you can't give good service why are you here? We'll go to the KFC in...
Read moreI was there several weeks ago and ordered two chicken breasts extra crispy. I got home 8 miles later through heavy rush hour traffic and sat down to eat only to find the breasts were so dried out I couldn't eat them. I went there again today, thinking that might have just been a fluke and got two extra crispy chicken breasts again. As I paid at the window I told him about my previous experience and he assured me this chicken had just come up and will be good. Got home through rush hour traffic again and same thing. Dark skin and dried out. Over cooked and sitting out for hours. A new Pop Eye's opened up several blocks over. You can be sure that's where I will get my chicken from now on. That KFC has been there for years and I have gotten food there for years and it can't go down hill...
