I used to take my daughter to Big M's for all of her glass supplies while she was in high school art class. They were always wonderful,very helpful and an excellent selection. I lost my baby 2 yrs after she graduated and one of her projects had fallen and several panes of the leaded glass were broken. I'm moving away and wanted to gift her project to her Aunt Dianne, but didn't want to give it to her broken. I was frantically trying to find someone who could fix it for me. Once the design was agreed on, the owner had us back to assist in picking out the glass colors for the panels, which included iridescent, water glass for privacy from the street & textured. If you need help or have questions go somewhere else. The staff was almost averse to engaging in any way, when forced to help they seemed to not know the product on hand if/when they would have more or the cost.
