We came here last night on a Saturday with a 6pm reservation and they got us right in with no wait as soon as we said we had one.

Sadly they ran out of pizza when we got there but oh well ya snooze ya lose we will have to try it next time. The beer was great has amazing flavor and a very pleasant after taste. Very pleasant to drink and went well with the food We ordered. We tried the Fair is Cancelled - Cotton Candy, Pineapple Upside down was delicious too. As for the food we ordered the Duck Fat Caesar salad oh man it was so tasty, my only suggestion is the croutons could of been dried and baked longer so they were a little more crunchy. We also got the clams, they were good but the broth was really bitter, I would suggest putting the lemon on the side not in the dish and not using so much wine. They tasted like you had a mouth full of wine and took a bite of pure lemon peel, the bacon could of been crispy not boiled.

Lastly we had the Chicken Pot Pie Meatballs unfortunately ours went to a different table but they made us fresh ones and, they were soooo tasty. They great flavor and texture and I have no complaints about them at all.

Our waitress was so lovely, she very attentive to ours needs and even offered and took the meatballs off our bill due to waiting so long for them but they were TOTOALLY worth the WAIT. We will definetly be back to Sig Brewing. We have very high expectations for a restraunt and this hit all of them.

The only reason for the food critique is because the 2 people eating are chefs, just technique needs to be executed differently.

Thank you for bringing a delicious place to eat with a great atmosphere and wonderful staff and a clean establishment to the...

We arrived for brunch at 10:45. They were already out of 2 of the meals we wanted to order, mine being the avocado toast & egg. I went with a the biscuits & mushroom gravy, not being a meat fan. I told the server, a nice kid from Wisconsin, that my 4 year old daughter & I would be sharing. When it arrived & I tried it, I did not like it, which isn’t like me. I’m a “foodie” & it takes a LOT for me to turn away food. Too spicy to the point that it overwhelmed the flavor for me & way too spicy for my daughter. I told our server when he asked how our food was but it was obvious he was uncomfortable & didn’t have the customer service tools or the management support to handle it correctly. Correctly to me would have been removing the plate from the table immediately (& removing it from the tab) & offering another menu item. After many years in the restaurant industry & customer service - number one is making sure the customer has a good experience, enjoys their food & WANTS to come back. I ordered a once over egg so we would have something to eat & was brought a bowl of scrambled. It was fine, we were hungry & ate them but I was disappointed. I had a bite of my girlfriend’s meal & it was really good….. The meal was boxed up for someone else at the table to have later (at our server’s suggestion). I left hungry & disappointed. I tipped $10 on $50 giving the server the benefit of the doubt, I hate to place blame without knowing for sure who was responsible. We will...

The beers are really fun and creative-some hits and some misses (Grandma Pats Black Currant Cobbler reminded me of when I was 20 and thought Goldschlager was a good idea) come along with taking those risks but 90% of the time the beers work out. The pizza smells great and they have a wood burning stove, which I love! This is the second pizza I’ve had from here where it was well done on the edges and so soggy in the middle the toppings fell off. The flavor is on point, but no one likes flaccid pizza. Update: I tried to cook it more in my air fryer and it was still flaccid! What is up with this pizza? Maybe check the moisture content on your cheese or the protein in your flour (are you using bread flour or 00)? My bet is that the crust is lacking the structural integrity for the amount of cheese & toppings-switching to 00 flour would add strength to the crust. Also consider: Is this happening in the restaurant-if it’s not, consider adding some cooling time before boxing it. Or it needs to be cooked longer-but I basically almost charred it in the air fryer and still floppy... Just some ideas this pizza loving NY transplant came up with off the top of my head. I hope you keep working on it bc it has so...

I took a detour south to Tacoma on the way home from Seattle to visit Sig Brewing. I think I will always go out of my way from now on for such a great find! Not many breweries open up early to serve a fresh five star brunch menu, loaded with homemade biscuit-oriented breakfasts! Everything appears to be made in house including their pineapple habanero hot sauce! Even the coffee they serve kills most coffee houses these days! The craftbrew is incredibly unique and full of lively character as those who welcome you here. Grandma Pat's Black Berry Black Currant Fruit Crumble Ale is fire and I have never come across any brew like it! Everything Sig Brewing creates is authentic and of new level quantity. They even have some of their own hard seltzers on draft!! There just wasn't enough time today to take it all in and I can't wait to get back!!

I'm surprised at just how much I loved this place. The tteokbokki gnocchi (while neither traditional tteokbokki nor gnocchi) was absolutely amazing. Its basically toasted rice cakes with seasoned garlic crunchy goodness. The goat cheese grits with braised pork was equally as flavorful and so tender. I will absolutely be getting these again. For pizza making up so much of the menu it really wasn't that great (not compared to the other things we ordered. It was fine but the char on the crust overtook all the other flavors. It was very floppy too. I will try the pizza again tho as maybe this was an off day. Also dont recommended the everything bagel ranch, as it tasted tangy like blue cheese but not much like ranch or bagel seasoning. Fiance really enjoyed his beer. This was a really really great date spot or to go out with friends.
